I got the cheesecake with chocolate and added some nuts and sprinkles. It was so good - especially the cheesecake flavor! YUM! Nice and clean inside with inside and outside seating. They have happy hour on some days where you can buy one and get one free one hour before they close (8 pm to 9 pm). Employees were friendly and helpful! Some of the worst frozen yogurt I've ever had, just because it really wasn't sweet and it was very very clearly low calorie. It wasn't creamy or rich or anything that frozen yogurt should be so there's no reason to go back and they're very limited flavors and toppings makes it extra not worth it. Yogurt is one of those things that is just always good. (And if it's not, it's usually really really bad ) Luckily this place is one of the good ones. I absolutely love that they're a non-profit and use their proceeds to give to the community. They also have really good deals if you come during happy hour. Yuck yogurt is supposed to be good and creamy not watered down ice and the charge by the oz for this flavored yucky stuff if I could give a zero star I would cause it's awful that is not yogurt!! Wow! What a cool place! I was driving down Olive Hwy and saw this crazy bicycle apparatus with a banner reading $1.50 Root Beer Floats. It was 102 degrees out and that sure sounded good, so in I went. This is one of those self-serve yogurt places with a lot of choices, 10 flavors and tons of toppings. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and after seeing they had cheesecake frozen yogurt, I decided to scrap the float for a masterpiece of a treat (cheese cake with raspberries, some peanut butter/granola concoction, and hot caramel syrup). Food: Very few choices. There were good No Sugar Added options, but very few for us sugar-lovers. The toppings were decent, but the brownie bites were lacking flavor and very dry. Peanut butter granola topping was unique and tasty! Atmosphere: Very clean and well-decorated establishment. Friendly service. The high stools were stylish but uncomfortable and impractical. This place has horrible customer service. I took my kids in there to try some of the frozen yogurts that they sell and we were not greeted by anyone once we entered. I was trying to get more information on the prices as well as on the toppings that we could choose from but the sales representative completely ignored us. read more

My daughter loves this place and I do love the frozen yogurt as well but have two problems with this place: 1)They hide the kids $2 cups by the register so if u pick the smallest cup on the opposite side of the room where ALL the other cups are and think it's a kids cup, it isn't 2) twice I've promised my daughter we would go here if she was good, showed up HOURS before they closed to find it was already closed with no explanation... The one time it was open they were cleaning everything up and acted like they were closing when it was still really early which was uncomfortable to stay so we took our frozen yogurt to the park.... If you post hours it seems like you should stick to them so people don't drive across town for nothing, we just go to the ice cream place next to food maxx when they're closed and I stopped promising Yoville :) read more

I received an email from "the owner" to please come give them another try.....On the house even. Well we gave them another try and paid for it ourselves, and it was a joke! The sign says they close at 9, we walked in at 8:30, very uncomfortable because all the chairs were up on tables. As we served our yogurt we realized it was almost liquid. She had already shut the machines down, best yet, we werent allowed to have toppings. This place really is not worth giving anymore chances to. read more

Very nice little store recently opened here. Locally owned. Very clean and reasonably priced. GOOD selection of flavors. They charge by the ounce so you can get as little or as much as you want. Not really sure about the previous remarks regarding the toppings. We were there earlier tonight after dinner and everything looked fresh. We've been there several times since they've opened and the service has been top notch. Very friendly and attentive. No complaints here! read more

I used to to love this shop because they were to the only place that I could take my daughter to that served a dairy free option. I took my daughter today for her birthday and found out that they have changed ownership and we got terrible service. The cashier was playing with her phone the entire time we were in the shop, even while I was standing in front of her. The other employee was too busy socializing to even acknowledge patrons. Both of these people were grown women who were probably in their 40's. The amount of toppings is maybe half of what it used to be, which is very disappointing. There is also no longer even free water available, they are selling cans of soda and bottles of water instead. I really used to enjoy the water that the previous owner put out with the strawberries and lemons in it. I had been warned by a few friends of mine about the decline in service and especially about the cellphone usage, but I hadn't thought that it would be as bad as it was. I understand that it's now owned by a church or something, but I think that I'll be taking my business elsewhere where the staff is friendlier and where my child I can be treated like our patronage is more important than electronic devices. read more

2 stars only because of the vision and background of and for this place. We went in and was not greeted...there were four of us and the only table opened for four was the handicapped one near the door, which by the way had crumbs on it, and a dirty empty cup. I tried ignoring this as the lady was working by herself and maybe she didn't have time to clean the tables. But...as I went in the corner to grab a high chair for my toddler, boy was it filthy! There was a good layer of dust all around it and looked as if it was sitting in the corner for months, and month! Disgusting. The yurt was ok and toppings were ehhh. But all in all, I believe it is overpriced and needs a lot of detailed cleaning done. I will probably not be returning. read more

just what oroville needed !! a new yogurt shop. it's awesome, self serve, 10 flavors and over 40 toppings. it's clean, the customer service we great. i filled my cup over the top with all my favoret toppings and still was under $5. bucks. took my grandkids on my second trip, they were so excited to build their yogurts. this is a "must visit" is you live in the area. read more

This is a great local business to support, they are very active in the community and we need more like them. The yogurt is always fresh and they rotate flavors often. The toppings are fresh and kept clean, and although they could use more of them, there is something for everyone. In spite of what another reviewer mentioned, this place has always been clean and we'll stocked in my experiences. Hands down the best place in Oroville to get FroYo! read more
