I received a call at 9:30 from "the manager" saying that I was being charged $25 dollars for a labor charge. What labor?! I unloaded 2 tables and 20 chairs in less than 1 minute. So I stated that I had to get to work and had their employee been on time someone would've been there. We're talking 2 MINUTES PRIOR TO OPENING. When I argued this with the "manager" he stated I was acting like a child over $25 dollars.. Wow! I couldn't beleive what I was hearing given this person is probably living at home with their parents and I'm a hard working working professional business man. I have never felt with a situation like this. Ever. When asked to speak to the owner he refused to give me their info and stated he would discuss it with them Monday. The premier party rentals truck drove through the yard, over the walkway, the driver got out and noticed the damage, pushed on it with his foot, walked away, proceeded to unload the items we rented and leave. We called the company to address the damage and they denied it until we sent them the video and then we never heard from them again!
