I clearly explained my concern, but also failed to deliver what we discussed. my beautiful curly hair is now overprocessed and damage. No one came up to ask if I needed help, so I went to the front and asked for assistance. The one I wanted was out of stock (only the display was there), and it wasn't labeled/placed right so they couldn't even tell me the price. The girl opened the drawer underneath to check and it was completely empty, so I'm guessing there might be some stocking issues too. She didn't offer to check the back either, which kinda sucked. I ended up finding something else, so not a total loss. Overall great Ulta, just wish the customer service and stocking were a little better.

The color is a warm inviting light aqua (erring more on the blue side) with white and beach grey accents. It was very clean and organized. Stepping into the facility, I felt like I was on vacation. She was very consultative and really listened to me. It is the first time i feel like someone was working with me instead of trying to push products or services. I see why all the reviews are so positive! I also booked a facial for my mom and she was of the same opinion as me. She also made my mother's skin look really beautiful.
