My original esthetician was great overall, but she accidentally missed a very small section on one side during my Brazilian. Mistakes happen, so I called and was told coming back to fix it would be complimentary. When I returned, a different esthetician saw me. The fix literally took maybe 3 minutes total, but instead of simply correcting the issue, she insisted the hair was still there because that area "isn't included" in a Brazilian service. I've been getting Brazilians for over 12 years and have never once had that tiny section intentionally left untouched..... just on ONE SIDE MIND YOU...so the explanation honestly felt dismissive and gaslighting....actually it didn't feel that way. It WAS that way. What made the experience worse was that after fixing maybe 10 hairs, she tried charging me $25 for a "touch-up" that was clearly correcting an honest mistake from the original appointment. The employee I saw around 1 PM on Saturday the 23rd of May seriously needs better customer service training. Customers come back when businesses handle small issues professionally and respectfully -- not when they're made to feel like they're wrong for pointing out a missed spot. Really disappointing experience this time. Train your employees how to handle this better and take accountability.

I came in for a full set of eyelash extensions and the tech working on me was SEVERELY sick, coughing and hacking and sniffling the ENTIRE time - so bad the tech next to us had to offer her water and gum. This is a major hygiene concern when working on someone's eyes! Being worked on at such close proximity to my eyes by a tech who was visibly coughing VIOLENTLY and SNIFFLING, and VISIBLY unwell was completely unacceptable and put my health at risk. When I informed the business of this, her reply was "she wasn't contagious" which is absurd! Not even an apology for putting someone like me - with health issues and a compromised immune system at such severe risk. Furthermore, the final result is also the WORST eyelash extensions I've had in my 10+ years of getting them. There are three randomly long eyelashes sticking up on both eyes. I spent $180 (still tipped 20% even though I'm incredibly unsatisfied) and left with terrible eyelashes, likely a severe sickness coming my way, and an incredibly poor distaste for this business and their reply to my concern. This isn't just about the poor lash application but again - this is not something that should ever happen in a service setting, especially one that involves hygiene and direct contact with a client's face and the buisness owners uncaring reply shows their true character and "care" for their clients. Avoid at all costs.
