What mechanic doesn't have a tool to remove bolts. Several of the old bolts were under the van when I got there. They were all in perfect working condition. Funny how someone using the wrong tool to torque a cv bolt would only stripped a couple of bolts. Wouldn't it stop them all while they torque them? My credit, isn't high at the moment so the team had a lot of hurdles to jump through. I think they had at least fifteen to twenty vehicles to run by my credit union and crunch numbers. The salespeople put in a lot of effort to get my family a safe, practical vehicle. Towards the end of the deal, something didn't go right with paperwork and it ended up being just out of my price range, so I had to go home without a car. Today the team called me. On a Sunday, when the dealership is closed offering me a better deal on the vehicle I wanted. They had everything ready and prepared for me. So not only did they tailor the numbers to my budget, they came in on their day off, just to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. I can't lie, I was quite discouraged by the end of the first day, and they knew that. So they went out of their way, just to show me, that I, as their customer mattered more than their bottom line Yreka Motors went above and beyond for me. They will forever have my service. I will only buy local and only from Yreka Motors. I have been there several times now. The first was for recall work on our 2020 Honda CRV. The service rep was a total asshole, being angry for my not having a person to drop me off, so I had to wait while they did the work. Despite them knowing was waiting they seemed to do their best to make the work low priority so after 5 hours of waiting (for 2 small recall repairs: a seat spring replacement and battery fuse, I said... finish it up I am ready to go... so only one of the 2 was done. I went there again in October to have an oil leak checked which was discovered during our last oil change. $400 and 2 hours later I was told "there is in oil leak". My thought was "Doh, I know that, which is why I was there!!". As the leak was in the seam between the engine and transmission, I did not know if this was oil or transmission fluid... and I had to ask it is was from the engine or transmission. They had to ask the service tech and he said transmission. I got a $1,600.00 (!!) estimate to repair this. So last week I called to schedule this incredibly expensive (4 months out of warranty) repair. The service rep was again short and dismissive and said he would have to call me back with a date. Not hearing anything I called twice again and have left messages with no reply. 2 weeks later still no call back. Clearly it is time to patronize a different repair shop! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

He offered his services if I were to decide on picking out a vehicle in his establishment or outside of it. I did end up finding a used vehicle via private party though having the owner reach out to me personally regarding the situation and how humbly he handled it- I give kiddos to him as there aren't many used dealerships anymore with this kind of customer service.

Those dealers offer at least a modest discount. Second problem was the sales staff.. told one individual we were just looking, don't need help, no thanks three (3!) times in a short visit. He tried to tell me that we were obligated by visiting their business and viewing their wares to have a discussion with them. Really? Won't go back. Not even for service. Don't trust them. Fortunately the nearby dealer in Klamath Falls is professional, well stocked, priced reasonable, and staffed by trained sales staff so we purchased our vehicle from them.
