Lithia is not my favorite company. The first time I took my 2020 1500 classic SLT in for a repair…read morethey were very nice and they did the repair got it back. It worked fine. Then it started not working so fine. I called back and they sounded great. When I needed an appointment. I booked online only to find out that the booking online doesn't actually do that and I didn't really have an appointment. So then I called them to make an appointment and discovered that I didn't really have an appointment. Add to this that they offered me $12,000 for my $28,000 truck and I'm not real sure I like these people anymore. The service department is different from the sales department. That's a definite. The original service person I had no longer worked there when I called back And that might also have something to do with the changes I don't know. But I now take my car to California and I don't really want to do that but I need a dependable repair shop for my car and since I have a warranty, I need to go to a dealer.

Stay away from this dealership service center and all Nissan service centers. These places are not…read morethere to fix your vehicle, they're not there to help you solve issues w your Nissan. Their sole purpose is to get your money. They will do things that seem absurd and down right corrupt, just to get your shekels, I mean money. I took my 2014 pathfinder in and told them matter of fact, "my transmission needs to be replaced, can you give me quote or tell me if there's a repair you can do?" Since I've had 5 done already, I'm quite the expert on detecting it, and I'm a mechanic. They told me they wouldn't be able to tell if they can fix it or give a quote for repairs/replacement until they preform a diagnostic check for $150. So I drive the car down there, leave it for half a day. Then they call and say it needs a new transmission. Dorks! They took $150 and waisted 7 hours of my day to turn around and tell me what I already told them. All the while knowing that they cannot perform any repairs or even a fluid flush if the trans has stuttering. A honest business would have told me when I brought the car in that they cannot do anything to fix the CVT besides replacing it, and just gave me the damn quote. Why act like you can fix it and waist my day all the while knowing that nothing could be done? Why charge someone $150 to tell them what they told you? Such a scam and a racket

I came to look at the reviews to determine whether I was unique in having a lot of problems with…read morethis dealership... but nope... clearly I am not the only one. Let me detail my issues. I have been there several times now. The first was for recall work on our 2020 Honda CRV. The service rep was a total asshole, being angry for my not having a person to drop me off, so I had to wait while they did the work. Despite them knowing was waiting they seemed to do their best to make the work low priority so after 5 hours of waiting (for 2 small recall repairs: a seat spring replacement and battery fuse, I said... finish it up I am ready to go... so only one of the 2 was done. I went there again in October to have an oil leak checked which was discovered during our last oil change. $400 and 2 hours later I was told "there is in oil leak". My thought was "Doh, I know that, which is why I was there!!". As the leak was in the seam between the engine and transmission, I did not know if this was oil or transmission fluid... and I had to ask it is was from the engine or transmission. They had to ask the service tech and he said transmission. I got a $1,600.00 (!!) estimate to repair this. So last week I called to schedule this incredibly expensive (4 months out of warranty) repair. The service rep was again short and dismissive and said he would have to call me back with a date. Not hearing anything I called twice again and have left messages with no reply. 2 weeks later still no call back. Clearly it is time to patronize a different repair shop! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!

Avoid at all costs going here for a smog check (and judging from other reviews, maintenance or…read moreservice in general). I would never have done that at a dealership if my schedule at the time had allowed me another option. Quoted $122 for labor on something that took them maybe 15 minutes. When simply asking the service manager for itemization of the charges, I was met with an intimidating demeanor. I said, well since I've never paid more than $50 for a smog check at other places, could you share with me what the reason for the extra cost was for. I was given a cold stare, an intimidating tone and answering my question with another question. "That's our cost. Do you want your car back?" "Well, no, I was just wondering if you could explain and possibly help me out on the cost." "Absolutely not. Are we doing the smog check or not?" And if you respond to this review, like others, with some bs about "oh we're so sorry you had that experience and we'd like to make it right. We value our customers and blah blah blah...". Save it... you couldn't give a s**t. You had the chance to make it right and to simply communicate like a mature adult. You chose intimidation tactics and defensiveness over your obvious exorbitant rates. I hope you take accountability for your actions and learn how to deal with people better (speaking specifically about the service manager).
