And he responded with lakeview transmission shop, I agreed without a second thought because i had just asked him for the closest place. The place was 10 miles further than the cllosest auto shop and he charged me 8$ a mile. He wont own up to this and he says its my fault for agreeing. If you want to deal with a narcissist who doesnt care about anyt but himsellf and his truck, youve come to the right place. Oh if you call him to report a problem hell put you on speaker in front of his chilldren. A real great man he is who said he did me a favor cause i was in a bind. I dont call a favor taking my transportation over 10 miles more than i requested. They came out a second time free of charge to redo my carpets and baseboards. I was still unhappy and the carpets were still dirty. But I will be giving them my business in the future because when I called explaining my dissatisfaction with the carpets and asked for my money back the general manager went above and beyond. He refunded me for carpets and residential cleaning, which I hadn't even asked for, and offered free of charge to do my carpets a third time. I explained I had already done them myself and the house is a mess with boxes from literally just moving in. He offered me a fifty dollar gift card for my future services! And he really listened to what i was unhappy about and told me his plan to help correct this from happening again. This was the best customer service I have ever received and because of that, they will definitely receive my business again!
