You have the choice of attempting to find a place on the street in front of the building in which the doctor is located, or in one of the two parking structures loacted behind the building. The waiting room in the doctor's office is fairly small. Please note that it is always crowded with patients. Accordingly, you may have to stand while you wait to be called by one of the nurses into one of the examination rooms in the back. I noted even at 9:00 a.m., which is their first appointment of the day, and the time I arrived for my second appointment, it remained as crowded as ever. The nerve conduction studies are done in two parts. The first part is performed by an assistant. The accupuncture testing thereafter will be performed by the doctor.

We were referred to this doctor by my mother's primary care physician (he made a terrible mistake)…read more There are only five seats in the lobby, which is a shame because everyone we talked to had been waiting at least 30 minutes beyond their appointment time. We were shown into a room and met with the physician's assistant (who was lovely and kind by the way). She did preliminary tests and talked with my mother, who suffers from dementia. The doctor finally came in and was incredibly rude. He didn't introduce himself or even say "hello". He didn't really listen to us, just said "I don't know why you are here. She has dementia. it will get worse. There isn't anything to be done." He told my dad to stop giving her an anti-nausea medication, but had no suggestions on how to keep her from being sick. He finally ordered an EEG for her. I made a follow up appointment for her when we were getting the test. When we showed up for the follow-up, there was no record of the appointment on their books (even though I had an appointment card). They made it seem like I was the one who made a mistake. After I booked a new appointment, we went back to get the EEG results, we once again were met by the PA. We asked about the EEG results and she said the doctor was reviewing them. A few minutes later, the door opened, an arm shot into the room with a piece of paper that was thrust at the PA, and the door closed again - the EEG results. The doctor never even came into the room!!!! I could go on about his flip attitude during our initial meeting - "oh, she is falling? She has a vitamin B12 deficiency" - "This isn't even my specialty, I don't know why you are here" "If you are looking to get me to write a letter for Power of Attorney, I can't do that" (not at all why we were there). I have never been around such an uncaring and dismissive physician. I have never had this experience with a Sharp doctor before. I hope to never again.

I have never had a referral happen so quickly! They had an appointment available Monday morning. Check in was quick and easy, done in just over a minute. We were called in at the appointment time. The nurse asked some questions and looked at my son's toe that was giving him some trouble. She advised what she though the treatment options would be. Dr. Thomas came in just a couple minutes later and said the same thing the nurse did. He gave us our options. I made a decision but my son was very scare of the shot and the procedure. Dr. Thomas was amazingly patient while my son had his freak out. He remained calm and tried to help me to get my son to understand what needed to be done and why. This took a good 15 minutes, but in the end Dr. Thomas did the procedure. It was over pretty quickly and my son became interested in the procedure. He answered all my son's questions about what he was doing, what tools he used, anything my son was curious about. I am truly shocked at how nice the nurse and Dr. Curt Thomas were. The fact they were also able to do this same day was more than appreciated. I really can't think of anything that could have been better. Thank you Dr. Thomas and care team!

I used to have a good primary care doctor and after she left I haven't had much luck finding a replacement in the last few years. Even if the doctor is good, the staff are usually enough to make you not want to stay with the practice. I had a great experience here at Dr Le's office, something that is sorely lacking at the majority of medical offices today. Even when I called to make the first appointment, I was warmly greeted and offered a same week appointment! Imagine that, the person on the other side of the phone was friendly and willing to help me with my schedule, not the other way around. When I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time, because I didn't have to be there early for paperwork (unlike other doctor's offices) I was greeted right away. Actually everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Not a surly soul in sight. Very refreshing and such an amazing change of pace from the other doctor's offices I usually have to go to. I wasn't kept waiting either. I barely had time to finish my new patient paperwork before the doctor came in to see me. Dr Le is really friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance procedures. He's willing to do what is needed to get you the care you need. Obviously as a patient you have to do your part too though. I was also really pleased that he ordered blood work for me as my specialist doesn't do it, even though as he pointed out it should be done with the medication he is prescribing me. Dr Le is thorough and patient, excellent qualities in a physician. I was also told by the assistant that when they order tests, when the results come in the office will call with the results. Nobody does this anymore, they usually just make you come back for a follow up appointment to get them or you have to get an online account for access. I like that they actually make calls, rather than putting your medical information online or wasting your time with another appointment. The office is located in a shopping center, a couple blocks past the infamous Mary's Donuts. There's plenty of parking in the shared private lot. There's also a cupcake bakery nearby that looks interesting if you want to go into a diabetic coma.
