**MUST READ*** STAY AWAY!!!! I was sent to the SENTA clinic on a referral from my attorney and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to starting treatment (or lack thereof) with Dr. Ghosh's office. I went for my initial appointment and was amazed at the beautiful building and fancy reviews on the walls. My initial appointment was with Felix the PA and after his initial assessment I was prescribed steroids for my injuries, this is where it all went downhill. The steroids didn't react well with my body and I had to end up seeing my own PCP who was quick to get me off of that medication. Prior to that I had called to let the office know that I was having complications with the medication and they had said I'll get a call back later and I never did. That's why I ended up having to see my PCP. During the initial assessment they put in referrals for me to start physical therapy and I should have seen the warning signs of the SENTA clinic with the places they do business with. One of the therapy offices made a remark "you can't spell therapist with rapist" and that was so jarring I didn't know what to say. And the other therapist office I received a referral to had a male therapist that was real handsy with me and made me uncomfortable. I called the office after I left to let them know I'd like a different specialist and they obliged. I went to the next appointment and the therapist made sure to let me know that he knew of my complaint. The straw that broke the camels back though was when I was requesting time off, SENTA couldn't accommodate my request. My attorney had to get an appointment scheduled for me with Dr. Ghosh on a Wednesday because apparently that's the only day he's at the clinic. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment and was set up in the room and was just left there. 15 minutes went by and not a word, 25 minutes and nothing it was at the 35 minute mark that we just up and left. I went to the front desk to let them know I needed to leave because I had to pick up my children and a clerk in the back got up from her seat and just looked really irritated that I was even in her presence. She came back and said that Felix was ready to see me now. All of a sudden someone became available. I was irritated at that point and said I don't have the time and made another appointment. My appointment wasn't with Felix either. NOT ONCE was Dr. Ghosh ever available to see me. I NEVER got an apology for them running late or even a phone call to apologize. I called my attorney right after to express my dissatisfaction with the office and his apology was the first and last that I heard. I called my attorney to let them know I'd prefer to not be seen there anymore and that's when he let me know that the SENTA clinic had dropped me as a patient. I had multiple appointments scheduled with Ghosh but not once did I ever see him inside the SENTA clinic. All of this was because I left a negative review on their Google page. I also received a letter letting me know they've dropped me. To this day I've never gotten an apology or have they accepted responsibility for their poor treatment. Don't be fooled by number of accolades or the amount of diplomas on the wall. This clinic doesn't know how to take care of patients. At the end of the day this is still coming from my settlement.

What a beautiful medical building! Senta Clinic is located just where the 15 and 8 freeways meet. You can't miss this gray and blue building. Even if this isn't a full review (e.g., patient care, billing, etc.), I am focusing on the interior of this establishment, which is aesthetically pleasing and modern with nice flooring. It smells really clean inside and I just love the overall look. It has stairs and elevators for your convenience. This open space has a lot of light, which I love. The signage displays the different doctors whose offices are inside Senta Clinic. They even had a cute Christmas display for the holidays. What a nice touch! The receptionists were nice and welcoming, as they should be. I guess it helps when the atmosphere looks beautiful. Although I am not a patient here (I came as support), I appreciated my quick visit to this facility. This establishment is what all medical offices should look like. :)

Sever neck pain, guess Im going to jail for not completing the court ordered community service.

Tried to get a document (for court), stating I can't work because of my recent spinal cord surgery and two herniated lower disks in my back, and the wrote a document, saying I could work!! Ide give this place a zero, if I could. Nice parking, not difficult to get to, if you search map quest. Be sure to search, your return home, if you get lost easy like me.

Not only is there no appt for today, but I'm not in the system at all. She was unapologetic and just told me that Dr. Miya is out with Covid anyway. If there is this sort of incompetence for a new patient, imagine what it's like for the established patients! Your office staff could use an evaluation, Dr. Miya. They're costing you business and making your office look really bad. If anyone in this office cares (which I highly doubt), the call and appointment were made on Wednesday May 3rd at 11:30 AM. More than a month wasted, waiting to see Dr. Miya.

My story began with discomfort and hearing loss in my right ear. At first, I went to a doctor who diagnosed me with a middle ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. However, the treatment brought no relief. My condition only worsened -- I continued to experience pressure, discharge, and pain. Later, it turned out that the diagnosis had been incorrect. The real cause was a fungal infection, and in such cases antibiotics not only fail to help, but can actually make the problem worse. Because of this mistake, the disease progressed: the fluid that had built up behind my eardrum eventually developed into a cholesteatoma -- a serious and dangerous condition that can destroy the ear's delicate bone structures and threaten one's health. Almost a month later, when the situation had already become very advanced, I finally came to see Dr. Zuniga. From that moment, everything changed: I met not only a brilliant surgeon, but also a remarkable human being. From the day of the correct diagnosis until the operation, there were many worries and difficult moments, but at every stage Dr. Zuniga showed incredible patience, compassion, and support. I always felt safe and knew I was in the very best hands. The surgery, which I underwent more than six months ago, was a success. Today, I feel wonderful. It was a truly complex procedure, but the result has been nothing short of a gift. Words cannot fully express the depth of my gratitude: it is relief, joy, and the overwhelming feeling of having been given back a full and normal life. In addition to his outstanding professional skills, Dr. Zuniga possesses rare human qualities -- kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. People like him, who practice medicine at the highest level while also giving so much of their heart, are a true blessing. Meeting Dr. Zuniga has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. On behalf of my whole family, I want to say: we thank God for sending us such a doctor, and we will be forever grateful to Dr. Zuniga for everything he has done. May God bless him and all the physicians who serve their patients with the same devotion and love for their calling.

I would constantly be sneezing out globs of yellow or green phlegm which was always embarrassing at work! Finally my PCP suggested I see an ENT. I had to wait a month to see Dr. Balaker which was a bit of a bummer but thankfully she was worth the wait! She saw me immediately at my appointed time and she had a caring demeanor. She did an in-office nasal endoscopy which wasn't painful or uncomfortable at all and immediately diagnosed me with chronic severe sinusitis (sinus infection that hadn't been treated or resolved for months). She's very knowledgeable and professional! She prescribed two weeks of doxycycline antibiotics to ensure it cleared out the stubborn infection and said to follow up if my symptoms don't clear up. I didn't realize how much pressure was in my face until I took the first day of antibiotics-I felt immediately better! It cleared up by week 2 and never had to go back. Overall, it was a solid, smooth experience. Thank you Dr. Balaker!

At my follow-up appointment on 10/24/25, I expressed that my symptoms had not improved. Dr. Balaker performed a brief nasal scope exam that lasted less than a minute and stated that everything "looked fine." When I asked for a CT scan to further evaluate why my symptoms persist, I was told it was not necessary. I left feeling dismissed and unheard. Throughout my visits, I felt rushed and uncomfortable asking questions. During my last appointment, her bedside manner was particularly concerning -- she was not personable, appeared impatient, and at times rolled her eyes when I asked questions. As a patient who underwent surgery, I expected thoughtful follow-up and a willingness to investigate ongoing symptoms. After surgery, no one from the office contacted me to check on my recovery or schedule follow-up care. I had to call the office myself to arrange a post-operative appointment. Additionally, prior cultures had shown heavy growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and I did not feel there was adequate follow-through regarding this finding. Finally, at my follow-up visit I was told there would be no copay. Four months later, I received a bill, which was surprising and frustrating. Surgery is a serious decision. Patients deserve careful follow-up, transparency, and to feel heard when they report persistent symptoms. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I will not be returning to this provider.
