After 3 weeks (Sept 5, 2025) of ZERO communication from them (I was the one calling and chasing them!) I ended up having to find someone else as it was August and we needed air as my parents are elderly. On top of that, it wasn't even what they said it was, it ended up being a $100 fix not the "about $900" (unofficial verbal quote) that they guy threw out there. Second incident happened last month (April 8, 2026). We had another claim for our freezer, guy came out and looked at it, told us it needed a part and that he would submit the info to the warranty co. and be back with us in 24-48 hrs. He collected the service call fee and was in the wind from there. I called them several times through the course of the month. Again they NEVER called me to let me know what was up and never returned my calls. I got some lame excuse from the nice lady answering the phone about a dog dying... I get that and its sad but this is business. Either way, after a month of inaction on their part and several calls to the HWC they requested that the claim be reassigned (May 9, 2026). No call, no explanation and I am still stuck with a freezer that isn't working. This company is VERY unprofessional and unreliable. I suggest maybe asking your dad's, neighbors, dog to help you. I made an appointment and was given a time window of 3 hrs and told someone would call me 30 min before arriving. They arrived 2 hrs past the appt time making excuses about a vehicle breaking down. Only to walk in turn on the dryer and say, "you need new rollers, we'll have to come back tomoro". So we set the time for between noon and 1, and they left. That time came and went. So At 1:30 I call the main # and was transferred to a voice mail where I left a message. About 5 min later the "technician" returned my call making more excuses and said he would arrive in a few min. I said I have somewhere to be at 3:30, and asked if he would arrive and complete the repair before that. I was told no, that's about when he would arrive. That's quite a few min... again I rescheduled for 9am the next morning. The repair guy arrived at 9:30 and began taking my dryer apart. He then determines that he was given the wrong part, it was backwards. He needed to go back into the city to get the right one, which took almost 2 hrs. In the end he hands me a bill for 155$. When I ask about my service charge of 55$ that was supposed to be credited he said that it covered my "diagnostic fee". 55$ for them to walk in and turn my dryer on... That's the cherry on top in the **** sundae.
