I personally did not use them but my daughter-in-law and neighbor did. My neighbor had a cat which she took to several different vets for help. One actually turned her away for a follow-up because he didn't want to stay late and take a few minutes to help. Dr. Delridge at Yukon Veterinary was wonderful. So very kind and instead of taking more money she advised that there was nothing more they could do. The whole staff was wonderful. Also, services were reasonable in price. The staff is incredibly kind, genuine and accommodating. I lost my baby last week after discovering my big baby boy had been suffering from cancer for an undetermined amount of time. The gentleness the doctor showed throughout the entire nightmare of an experience was greatly appreciated. Considering the devastating news I was getting. The staff is wonderful and while I got earth shattering news about my baby, I got sound and experienced guidance and insight on how to proceed. Top notch service. Will use again any day. Our dog passed this week and we called them because they were open earlier than others. They were very sincere and helpful over the phone. When we arrived they were welcoming, understanding and helpful as I was a mess. Then contacted us quickly to let us know her ashes were ready for pick up. I have visited a few clinics around the Yukon area and this is one of the best with good staff. read more

Amazing providers and staff! My cat woke up with a painful and swollen leg, and they were able to see him an hour later on a Saturday. Dr. Inskeep was incredible. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and honest. Rachel, Sunnie, and Chelsea were also great with my sweet cat, and I felt very comfortable. Since moving here in February this team has taken care of my three Dogs. One 14 1/2 year old Puggle (crossed the rainbow bridge April 20th), my 140 pound American Bulldog and my newest addition a baby Puggle (8 weeks when i got her). The 140 pound American Bulldog had a tumor on his nose that needed to be removed and my baby puggle had a cherry eye that would not stay in place without surgery. (13 weeks at the time of the procedure) I have had many dogs in my life and they have had many surgical procedures over the years, but absolutely none of the prior surgeries compare to the skills I have seen from this animal hospital. The skills in removing/repairing and the stitching was the best I have ever seen to include my own 10 surgeries! If your pet needs skilled hands, this is your vet! read more

UPDATE: My parents recently visited from out of town and unfortunately had to bring their dachshund in for back problems. My parents want to personally thank Dr. Inskeep who they feel saved little Rusty's life. He started to eat and drink after the doctor treated him and upon returning home was doing even better. Per her recommendation will be doing Accupuncture soon, but the fact that they were willing to work in a pup from out of town shows how much they care. This staff is second to none and the reason we keep coming back. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here at this clinic!!! FIVE STARS. We have been bringing our puppies in for around 2 years now. Our family was so happy to find a thorough vet and boarding facility for a fair price. We used other Yukon vets only to be overcharged for services. The vets here are great. The groomer is great. My parent's dog is on prescription food due to her very sensitive stomach. Usually they order through the clinic's online pharmacy, but the food is not available due to manufacturing issues. The clinic does not have it at their facility either, which happens. The food has been out for a while and the dog is getting low on the only food that doesn't make her vomit. Because of this, and because their dog desperately needs her prescription food, my parents called around to other vet clinics to see if they have any in stock. Thankfully a different vet clinic said they can give my parent's the prescription food, as long as they could get the dog's medical records and a written script from their dog's doctor. My parent's plan was to have the product shipped to them since the other clinic is very away. Shouldn't be a problem, right? However, Yukon Vet Hospital would not send the other vet a script to approve the food. Yukon V.H. said it was their "policy" and that "they can't trust who it's going to"..... apparently not even when it's another vet clinic. Their policy dictates it is okay for my parents to physically bring in the written script to the other vet clinic themselves, but Yukon V.H. refuses to email or fax the script to the other veterinary clinic (please recall the other clinic is very far away and they were going to have it shipped to them). The other vet clinic even called Yukon Vet themselves to have the script sent directly to them and the CSR's still refused to do so; the other clinic did not understand why they would not send it either. This makes no sense and we thought Yukon V.H. would be more helpful and accommodating - especially when they are out of a product in clinic and their online store. My parent's are very regular clients with their three dogs, but Yukon V.H would not be accommodating given the special circumstance. My parents recently moved to Yukon and this has never been a problem at any of their previous vey clinics. In my opinion, this clinic needs to update their "policies" on the matter. I spoke with the CSR's on the morning of 6/28. One of the girls was new (she was kind) and the other CSR was just simply rude, condescending, and did not even make an effort to help. I guess it was just too much to ask. Perhaps adjust your policy if you are out of a product? I recommend going elsewhere. At the very least, find a different vet clinic that is willing to put forth a little effort and help. read more

We recently started with Yukon and our experience has been great! The staff is friendly and helpful and the Doctor was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We had both our puppies sterilized with no complications. A week later we had them boarded for two weeks and they did great. We couldn't be happier. read more

I needed to change vet offices and stumbled across good reviews from a group on Facebook. Let me just tell ya... they were right! Dr. McQuade is so knowledgeable and sweet! He was terrific with my new Yorkie pup and my old rescue Pitt-mix. His staff is terrific too! I'm so very happy to have found them! read more

All my fur babies receive care here. They are wonderful! Both of my pups were recently neutered and they took such good care of them.
