When I went back for a remake, the manager's attitude completely shifted. Normally, she's friendly and conversational, but this time, she barely spoke and seemed annoyed that they had to remake my drink for free. Not only was the remake terrible, but she also shorted my portion again. I returned the smoothie, told her how I felt about it, left it on the counter, and walked out.
