Amazing customer service and delicious donuts. They know their customers well. We haven't been many times since my previous review but they seemed to remeber my family. I love restaurants that get to know those in their community. On this visit we ordered 1/2 dozen donuts All donuts were delicious. We tried the glaze, sour cream, Chocolate cake, and Chocolate glazed. We even tried the pigs in a blanket which was savory. I didn't get one this time but I also recommend their cronut.

From top left: maple, coconut, sour cream, plain cake, glazed twist, cinnamon sugar (those others are all FREE glazed donut holes)

Old school donuts. In fact, the only other customer in the store with me at 6am was a cop. The cashier was very nice and not at all impatient with me while I hesitated over what to choose. He asked me if I'd been there before and when I sad "No" he gave me a free donut in a separate bag "free donut for first timers" he said. And all the donuts were fresh and delicious!

The donuts are delicious. I love that they just throw in a couple glazed donut holes with your order. Staff was very friendly too

Great donuts but pricey--$18 for a dozen. But sometimes you just need a good donut. These are fresh a so good.

Yummy donuts at a hole in the wall type place! This is right off Cobb parkway so I stopped here spontaneously to get a donut. I got the glazed and they weren't very sugary which is good. The owner is nice and threw in a couple of glazed donut holes for free. Just as an fyi there is a $4 minimum for credit card.

Saw this spot while driving around and I had to stop. I got Boston cream donut and my friends got maple bacon. Boston cream was really good. To overly sweet and the cream was smooth and creamy. My friend loved their maple bacon donuts. They would not stop talking about it all day! Apparently this place made next door Dunkin ran out of business. I wouldn't be surprised if it's true.

I'm so glad that mom and pop donut shops still exist because this place deserves a recognition. The owner was super nice and their donuts, not to mention, are excellent! Every order also comes with free donut holes. My favorite is the chocolate glazed with sprinkles, but honestly you can never go wrong with anything from this place.

My favorite place to stop for a donut on the way to work. Friendly cashier, super fast, and always has a variety of classics to choose from.

I ordered the Rio Grande with Pastrami and a plain bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend ordering through their website. The place gets busy, and I waited about 15-17 minutes for my food. Not a bad wait, but ordering ahead definetly saves time. The first thing you'll notice is the size. These bagels are huge. I ate my Rio Grande around 10 a.m. and wasn't hungry again until about 4 p.m., so they're definitely filling. I saved the smoked salmon bagel for the next morning, toasted it, and added the salmon creme cheese back on, and it was just as delicious. Overall, Brooklyn Bagel Company is a solid breakfast and deli spot with several locations around Atlanta. After trying a place with "Brooklyn" in the name, I'm genuinely curious what separates a good bagel from a great one. I finally understand why people are so passionate about them. My next order will definitely be the Nova with capers and red onions. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast that will keep you full for hours, this place is definitely worth trying.

When I saw the wall of freshly made bagels, I knew it was going to be good. My husband and I both were blown away of how fresh and well made these sandwiches were. Seriously, it was so good that I went back two days later and told my son he had to try it too. Unfortunately, the second experience was the complete opposite. My son picked up two sandwiches and brought them home, and they were so disappointing that neither of us even finished them. The bagels tasted stale, they weren't toasted, and there was barely any of the cream cheese dressing on them. My son actually thought I was crazy for telling him how delicious the sandwich was because what he brought home was nothing like what I had the first time. That's what makes it so disappointing. I know the sandwich CAN be really good because my first one was amazing. But based on my two experiences, it seems like the quality may depend on who is making your sandwich that day and whether the bagels are fresh. One big plus is that they have a lot of non-pork options, which I really appreciate as someone who doesn't eat pork. I'd still be willing to give them another try because that first sandwich was THAT good, but the second visit was extremely disappointing. Consistency definitely needs some work.

Double meat would have been too much, it would throw off the meat to bread ratio. Plenty of thin sliced juicy steak, with the veggies and cheese just all melting together. The bread was so soft, the whole generous cheesesteak was a joy to eat, I hardly needed to chew it. I'm seriously thinking of getting another one tomorrow.
