The deserts are out of the world and various. They sell both individual sized portions and group sized portions. They are not cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. This one also topped the charts bc the strawberry glaze and strawberries were so fresh and perfectly ripe, and actually tasted like real strawberries. Made the cheesecake pop. Lemon Cheesecake - 5 Another to die for cheesecake. Loved the real lemon zest flavor. Very soft and delicate touch to an already top of the charts cheesecake. Turtle Cheesecake - 4 The rest of my party gave it a 5. I gave it a four because it's was way too sweet, but that's a personal preference thing so take my review w a grain of salt. Flan -4 I would have given the flan a 5 but they put it on top of a chocolate cake. The chocolate cake was really good and the flan was really good, but they weren't good together. Wow, wow, wow. This place is so good. My family and I are huge cheesecake snobs and loved everything we tasted. The banana cheesecake was hands down my favorite, it tasted like we were eating a fresh banana. It honestly blew my mind how good it was. Everything wasn't overly sweet, they were just perfection honestly. The kisses were super cute and fun for Valentine's Day, and on top of that, they were SO delicious. Moist, chocolatey and everything in between. I was worried the sugar crystals would be overly sweet but they weren't. Staff was super friendly & very helpful. You could tell they really took pride in what they were doing. It was fun to pick out flavors with them and explore flavors I probably wouldn't have picked myself. Over 90 flavors of cheesecake, what!!!!! We are staying in Port Aransas for vacation this week and while visiting the aquarium/Lexington I decided to see what desserts place for Ice Cream and then Yummy Tummy pops up on the list Tuesday 5/28. I love cheesecake so does my mom and wife, we let the kids drive with their uncle and papaw. Walk in and the smell of cookies hit you which were delicious. The cheesecakes are lined up for a regular size cheese cake in a small display in the center was a display for individual slices of cake. On one side of room is mini cheesecakes that are in muffin cups and decorated, strawberry shortcakes(we splurged and bought one for the drive to the island. (Gone before we went over the bridge). On the right side is a cooler with at least 30 flavors ready to buy as a walk-in. We bought 6 different flavors of the mini size 4" pies. Pistachio, Pineapple, Strawberry and Lemon. The other 2 were by far the favorites, Caramel Delight - regular cheesecake with Oreo cookie style crust, thin layer of caramel and a caramel coconut chew and the drizzled with chocolate and caramel. You should take the chew off and cut it into pieces first or destroy the cheesecake but it's so worth it the chewy nougat and cheesecake together was awesome, and we thought couldn't get any better. Then we opened the banana cream pie and we get like we had a banana pudding sitting in front of us, so creamy and flavorful. The owner mentioned Pistachio and Boston Cream as her favorites so my wife picked the Pistachio and lived it too. She said all flavors were on her Facebook page. Let's be honest there is not any cheese cake today they all were so good. Guess I will have to drive from Dallas to get another cheesecake after vacation is over. We maybe stopping by as we leave town. I feel really bad writing this review because I sooooo wanted to love YTC's cheesecakes, but I honestly have to admit I was disappointed. Let it be known: the service was awesome! The guy who brought our cheesecakes our to our car was nice as can be. And! The cheesecakes themselves were beautifully presented. And, while they were a tad pricey, the cost seemed reasonable enough for a rare treat. However. We bought one strawberry and one key lime, and both tasted a little... artificial. I honestly think that, to get the vibrant color/flavors of those cheesecakes, they used Jello as the flavoring. Both tasted a bit too sweet, too rich, too strongly flavored, and the key lime was too tart (and I love tart things!) for our personal tastes. Anyway, I really do feel bad to be the only negative review I've seen so far for this business, but I just don't feel like the cheesecakes we tasted lived up to the hype. We were quite disappointed, and I was a little embarrassed that my husband drove me across town for something we didn't end up loving.
