Settled with Lori at Barcelona Salon in Stillwater (my hometown!), and so glad we did! I paid for the gift certificate over the phone, and Lori was so nice. She even mailed it directly to my mom. Mom texted me this morning that she LOVES her hair, that Lori was very sweet and listened to everything she said. She will definitely go back and now I get to be mom's favorite daughter!
