They said something about that happening with oat milk in hot coffee, and you know, maybe that's even true, but I know coffee, and it is not meant to be drunk with chunks oatmilk floating in it. It's a cup of coffee - really, no big deal, but there are kinder places in Florence (and Tandem and Wild Chestnut have better coffee anyway). I won't go back.

Their commitment to organic, single-origin freshly roasted beans really shows in the quality. I'm particularly a fan of their medium/dark roasts, the flavor profiles are incredible and works perfectly in my espresso grinder! Beyond the product, their customer service is amazing; they truly take the time to help you find the perfect roast for your specific taste. Even though I'm in Arizona, my orders always ship incredibly fast. I buy a lot of beans so it's nice they have a wholesale option for me. But they also offer a retail coffee ordering experience.
