Despite our agreement and scheduled appointment, the service was left incomplete, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated. I believe it is essential for service providers to fulfill their commitments to customers, and the lack of completion in this case has inconvenienced me and caused undue frustration. I requested quotes through Yelp and Angi, Yury's came in far below the other estimated and I wanted to give a small business a chance as he had one positive review. He was very responsive through Yelp messenger. He came out, swapped the faucet and drain, ran out for a broken part, and finished the task quickly including cleaning up after. In addition, he saw that I do not wear shoes in my apartment and removed his shoes inside even though I didn't ask him to and he didn't need to. The total was what he quoted plus the cost for the broken part. And he guarantees his work. Should anything happen where the drain or faucet leak, he will come back and fix it.
