I don't know what the Music and Art repair team did! so frustrating service! P.S. Eventhough you bought a music book here on tax free day, you will experience that your tax is charged. After I requested the correction for it, they have re-charged it repeatedly. To stop it, I had to quit the rental from here.

I especially love his commitment to showing instruments that sound exceptionally beautiful, but in many cases are perhaps less known -- and so are less expensive -- than some of those at the shops of the big dealers. Many of the instruments Greg shows are like the ones the big dealers WON'T show because they're afraid people will fall in love with them and NOT buy the instruments that cost ten times as much. Greg doesn't like this habit among dealers, and is doing his part to counter it. He is a dealer of the very highest integrity - which, sadly, can be missing sometimes in the violin dealing business. He's a straight shooter in every way. Greg sold me the violin that I play, and I *always* refer my violin and viola students to him. If I had an easy child, I am sure it would have been a good program, but my child is a bit challenging but is sweet, smart and well- behaved.. He did ok with the camp. I found out during xylophone class my child was being disruptive the first half of the year and not participating the 2nd half of the year. What really annoys me is that there was no communication with me the Mom. If a student is having trouble for an extended period of time, the parent should be contacted and a plan created. I was told, well its only a 45 minute group class and the teacher is busy. Well, that is unacceptable without proper parent communication, expectations could not be set. My 6 year old now has no interest in instrumental music. Also, during last year's music class i was called to pick up my child because he could not stop crying...Well, turns out he had a small cut near his eye and needed 3 stitches. He was injured by the sharp edge of the whiteboard. Instead of looking at his face, the teacher was annoyed that he was crying. I ended up asking for a partial refund because it was clear that my son was not prepared for the end of the year performance and he is a lot happier now. They also have a draconian refund policy. I understand that this is a school but they are so money hungry that they are inflexible. If you have that perfect child, this school may work well for you. If you have a more mature student this may be the school for you. But beware.
