The decor and most of the staff and menu items have remained the same, though prices have increased (obviously) and there is no longer sashimi for lunch sadly. The food is pretty much on par with other ayce sushi places, though their presentation can be a bit nicer. I particularly like their eggplant sushi pizza, which is essentially a tempura eggplant with avocado and spicy salmon on top , with a flourish of microgreens for glamour. They have a few things that other places don't, such a hot and sour soup. Service is pretty good and the speed at which dishes come is pretty rapid. The ordering is now done all online, with your phone after scanning a QR code. The dining room is also quite spacious and they can accommodate small children if needed, and parking is ample. Overall a good experience but I think I'll stick to the places that do sashimi for lunch for a similar price.

After waiting for quite some time, we asked staff about our missing dishes, but instead of receiving them, we were eventually told that the kitchen was no longer serving food. We explained that we had not received much of what we had ordered and politely asked if they would consider a discount since we were paying for an all-you-can-eat meal that we never fully received. Our request was refused. What hurt us the most was how the situation was handled afterward. As teenagers, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously and that we were being taken advantage of because of our age. Rather than trying to work toward a fair resolution, the situation escalated to the point where staff threatened to call the police simply because we were questioning why we should have to pay full price for food that was never served. We never wanted free food or special treatment. We only wanted either the meal we ordered or to pay fairly for what we actually received. We left feeling disappointed, embarrassed, and unheard. I believe customers of any age deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope that by sharing this experience, it encourages businesses to handle situations like this with more fairness and understanding.
