The store has posted hours but she is never in store at those times. You can call and call but will not hear back for hours if your lucky, but normally days. Finally was able to get a call back and came immediately to drop off my pants and have been unable to get in contact with her since. Three days since i've dropped them off, at the beginning of the week mind you, and Ive yet to hear back. Ive come by the shop over 5 times now, called over 20 and still, no response and no pants. What's lowered my opinion of them in when I told my child's Boy Scout unhinges in to be sewn. They quoted me a price of five dollars each patch sewn. This was the place recommended by the pack leader so I had them do it. But apparently they don't charge the pack leaders anything near as high. So beware of the price gouging, and I am taking all my business elsewhere.
