All the stylists here do the BEST work and the atmosphere is 100% what you want in a salon. Getting your hair done can feel awkard sitting in a chair for hours with a stranger but that is so not the case here. Everyone is so nice and warm to their clients and I always have the best conversations. I leave feeling so great about myself every time. I did end up trying a few different salons just because they were closer after their move but I needed to come back because they other salons just weren't the same. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else ever again!

Every time I'm in Toronto, I make it a point to come here for a haircut. Andy, who is also the…read moreowner, is meticulous. He will ask you for what you want, and then gently give suggestions or ask more questions to help. Some hairdressers may want to get you in and out of the chair as soon as possible, but he really takes the time to make sure that you get a good haircut. Several times he will look from multiple angles, press my shoulders down evenly to make sure things are symmetrical, and then make little adjustments here and there. He is also chatty if you feel like talking, and otherwise more reticent if he senses that you want to keep to yourself. I always forget to bring cash, but if you pay cash and not credit card, you get a discount!
