It would also be good practice to inform your clientele what will be happening during their visit with you. Our experience was more of a come here, sit there, go there. We had no idea what was coming next. It should also not be assumed that a client knows exactly what shot is being used in a yearbook. Explaining which shots are being used would have been really helpful and made the encounter less contentious. And, when your sales rep pulls up a picture and starts gushing over how beautiful your child is, please actually pull up the picture of my child, the actual child in the room with you, and not someone else's child. We were simply a number to them. The photographer was wonderful and captured beautiful shots. While it was not a pleasant experience (except with the photographer), we are hopeful that the pictures will be good. I hope that they make changes to improve the customer experience.

As a 68 year old woman, that was the last thing I wanted to do but I needed it for a work situation . After reading the reviews on Google I decided to call Headshot City Studio for an appointment. I was given one for the next-day with the promise I would have the photos soon after the shoot. First, the studio is located in downtown Ft Lauderdale in a beautiful loft building. It's spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. There's also a huge powder room to fix your clothes and makeup. Max immediately put me at ease telling me not to worry that he knew he could get a great picture.
