I'm new to Amy's Green cleaning. Fellica was very conscientious, prompt and did a very good job. So far so good! The only recommendation would be, that at the pre inspection survey, square footage should be a priority for the staff. It can be overwhelming for one person to complete large homes. She was a champ and did a very good job. read more

Amy is the owner. Amy is money hungry. She just cares about the money. The fact of the matter is is that she has several crews that are not her employees like she paints it to be. Actually, they are just contractors and they can either show up for work or not show up for work. They're not her employees. If you don't care about that and you don't care when they show up or if they show up then this is the company to use. read more

Yesterday Carol and Misty really hit a home run cleaning my home. They'd had a chaotic day, and managed to fit me in with great attitudes. Kitchen surfaces were cleaned in exactly the way I'd requested, and they paid attention to detail all over the house. After a week of freezing weather and dripping pipes, my house was extra grubby when I left in the morning, but I came home to it looking, smelling, and feeling clean and bright. These gals especially are rock stars and have my deepest appreciation. read more

Since I am still frequently asked by the company to leave a review, here it is. After over a year of using Amy's Green Cleaning, I have cancelled my bi-weekly service. Ali, the original cleaning tech assigned to my home, was great, and I have no complaints about her. After she was suddenly no longer with the company, I found my experience went downhill from there. I was always at work when my house was cleaned, and I think that was an issue. I had two different techs leave my door unlocked. There were many times that different areas of the house would be skipped during the clean as well. During my time as a client, I expressed these issues to Laura (the previous office manager), Nita (new office administrator), and finally Marie (new office manager). After my door was left unlocked the first time, Laura handled my request to remove Dani as my tech. Laura was also able to handle all of my payments with no issue, and I have had several billing issues since the management change. I spoke with Nita, I believe, when my door was left unlocked again. It was at this time that I also sent a text through the business line to Jonathan the tech, whom I had multiple issues including one involving my HVAC unit previously. The office admin and tech gave a simple apology and didn't seem like they felt it was a big deal. Finally, I had a fill-in at my last cleaning, which was Carol. My home cameras were going off frequently for about an hour after she got there, and when I finally looked back at my cameras, I could see she was outside talking on the phone. It was at this time that I called Marie, told her to have Carol get her things and leave immediately. I also cancelled my bi-weekly service at that time. I have always paid three months in advance for my cleanings, so I also requested a refund for that day as well as the final cleaning on my paid invoice. It took me several days worth of calling/emailing before Marie issued that refund, which I did finally receive. My two cents for anyone set on using this company for their cleaning needs would be to make sure that you are home during the clean. I believe that a watchful eye would have helped. Since I work, this was supposed to alleviate some stress and free up some time, but I no longer trust this company after far too many second chances given. As long as you are home and keep careful track of how much you owe vs how much you paid, you may hopefully have a better experience than I. read more

I fired them from cleaning my cabin, which seems to have been perfect timing since a mass email was sent to her customers stating they will no longer be doing as needed cleanings and a bunch of other things (including laundry and taking out trash), but they are raising prices. The first time I used them, which was last year, I was incredibly impressed. They did an amazing job. This time when I asked them to clean my cabin, nearly two weeks ahead, they had to "squeeze me in". They never bothered to turn on the water, didn't clean the sheets, only made one bed in the house (there are four), left the deck filthy, left dead bugs still on the floor, and generally did a mediocre at best job. Furthermore, while they state that they wear masks while cleaning, they do not. When I checked in on my cameras to see if they were at the house after a missed call, the lady doing the cleaning was NOT wearing any mask. When I politely sent an email stating I was not very satisfied, all I got were excuses from Amy, and I was blamed for not specifying what needed to be done in detail. So I picked up my key after paying them and they won't have my business anymore, like they even care... Find someone else. read more

I hired for a "deep clean service" on house I just moved into that was previously only a vacation home. The kitchen cabinets, wood blinds, dusting cobwebs and doors were cleaned well. The one bathroom upstairs was cleaned ok. I was disappointed as they were supposed to steam clean the hardwood floors because they were very dirty. I am having to re-clean the floors as a simple mopping didn't do the job. I also sent email with question after service, but never heard back. read more

I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give them a call and try them out. I signed up for a 3 hour cleaning for 3 bathrooms vacuuming the living room and to sweep and mop kitchen. after a little over an hour in the back bathroom the manager calls (while the girl is still cleaning, she didn't come tell me she had to call her boss to do it) and tells me that the girl cleaning wont be able to finish everything today and do I want some help sent over. I told her no because I was already paying $150. So out of the 3 hours she spent 2.5 in 1 bathroom and only had time left to vaccum the living room. When I realized she wasnt cleaning the rest of the house I had to do it and was done before she was. so everything that was stated on the website as to what they do is a lie. My bathroom was not that dirty that she had to spend 2.5 hours in there "cleaning". I cancelled any future cleanings and no one even called to ask me why. Wouldnt use them again if it was free. terrible experience. read more

Amy's is the cleaning service I have been searching for. Our cleaners in the past have left only due to moving, changing careers or injury. They become part of our family. Professional, they listen carefully to what you want, on time, detailed and even have quality control inspector and trainer! I was impressed that Amy has perfected her own cleaning products that do not harm the environment or people! It is refreshing when they are done. I'm a 70 year old resident in Cleveland , GA who has denied the need for hiring a service to clean my home. Finally, being overwhelmed with clutter, dirty floors and overall neglected cleaning I called Amy's after a neighborhood referral. Oh my goodness ! It was one of the best calls I made in my life. I had a cleaning recently with AGC, and Kirstin was our technician. She went above and beyond on the usual checklist that the company offers during every cleaning service.
