This gym is a bit far from my house, but its worth the drive to get a weekly work out with Sofi. She is a great instructor. I have been attending her class for years. She has helped me become more confident in my dancing, and its helped me lose 40 lbs. This is a very large studio and has plenty of parking. My favorite instructors are Jackie, Lish, and Christine but all the rest that I've tried are great too. $5 per class or you can buy a 10-class pass for $40 - cash only. They usually offer classes at 9/9:30 and 10 in the morning and then at 6, 7, and 8 at night. The schedule is always listed on their website (www.zstudioanaheim.com) and facebook page. They have Zumba clothes/accessories/weights for sale in the back. Be warned, the studio is on the small side and some of the classes get packed, so get there early for a good spot! $5 a class or 10-class card for $40. What a great deal! I've taken classes with Eduardo and Julio and leave tired (in a good way) and happy. They are dancers with decades of experience in Latin dance and it is instantly apparent. They are great instructors -- fantastic dancers, infectious enthusiasm, intense workouts but choreography that is repetitive enough so that it is easy to follow. When I took Julio's class, his wife, also a Zumba instructor, co-led the class. Bonus! They are excellent about giving cues and it was a treat to have two skilled instructors, totally in sync with cues and choreo. Julio's wife's modifies her moves slightly for a more challenging workout. It was nice to have that option modeled if I wanted to up the intensity. As another reviewer mentioned, most instruction is given in Spanish as most students are Latinx. Not an issue for me as a non-Spanish speaker because cues and dance moves are repeated and the environment is welcoming. No judgment, everyone is working it and having fun. Highly recommend this small business if you are visiting Disneyland or live in the area. The real deal. read more

I started coming here a couple months back with a coworker who has been coming for a while. At first I was a bit intimated as it was something new for me. But as soon as I took my first class I was hooked! The vibe is extremely warm and the instructor made it a point to go out of his way to introduce himself and make me feel welcome and comfortable. The other women working out shake your hand and hand out high fives and make you feel like you've known them for such a long time! The workout itself is so much fun that I don't even realize an hour goes by until I realize how much I'm sweating! Eduardo is great and the instructors that teach 7pm Tuesday nights are wonderful as well and challenge me in ways I never knew! Wow this place is a lot of fun! The instructors are wonderful and encouraging and it's a really positive environment! This place is my first ever Zumba studio and I've been hooked for half a year now! This is a GREAT studio and I totally recommend giving it a try! NEW TO ZUMBA COMPLETELY? 1) Bring a water bottle to hydrate. You will sweat a lot! 2) A small towel can be nice to bring to wipe sweat between songs. 3) Don't worry about knowing all the moves. Just do your best and have fun. Moves are repeated over and over so if you need to wait and watch that's okay! It's like line dancing only for hip hop. Not everyone can do the fancy feets, especially when they first start! Just try to move in the general direction and over time, you'll get the hang of it! NEW TO THIS STUDIO? 1) The front door goes right to the dance room and if a class is already going it will be LOUD! 2) All the classes start a little late and run a few minutes over so your class won't actually start until 5 or sometimes even 10 minutes after the time it says it will start. 3) There are cubbies for your purse, coat, etc on the front wall so it's in sight while you dance. 4) DO NOT leave personal items in your car! Cars have been broken into, so please don't have anything valuable showing in your car! (That's just good practice no matter where you are really.) The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is my one complaint. It can get REALLY hot. They don't really have air conditioning and sometimes they don't even turn the fans on and I have no idea why. Without air they should crank the fans liberally and they forget to sometimes. Actually there are two things. The last thing is that the volume is too loud for my taste. I like pretty loud music because I have bad hearing as it is. But it's loud even for me. It could go down just a bit. But I really think this a a great studio with warm and welcoming teachers and students! You will love it! read more

This place has some of the best instructors in Orange County! Christine and Lish are my favorites. Christine will show you how to get the most out of your workout! She will help you learn basic steps to advanced, taking time to move around the class and work with you. Lish will push you harder than you thought you could. I have been taking classes from these two for the last 4 years. I have lost over 80lbs and they have helped to restore my confidence. I became an instructor a year ago and haven't started teaching because I don't want to stop taking their classes. read more

My friend and I have attended a few classes here and we love it. We love coming to see Lily. I'm sure all the instructors are great but Lily does defiantly give us a great work out. An hour goes by so quick and you feel great after. The only down fall was I bought the $40 for 10 classes card and I didn't realize I had to use them with in 1 mth.. It's hard for me to make it more then 2x a week just with being so busy. Next time I will prob just pay as I go. Overall great experience. read more

I never tried Zumba before and one day I decided to give it a shot. I found this place near my house and I've been coming here pretty much everyday. I've fallen in love with Zumba. It's such a great workout I don't know why I didn't find this place sooner. The instructors are so welcoming, nice and full of energy. I've been to Eduardo, Christine, Naomy, Tish and Lily's class which sure give you an amazing workout. I haven't had the chance to try the other instructors classes just yet but I'm sure they're all great. I'm slowly converting my friends to try this place with me.. I know they would love it just as much I do. $5 per class or 10 classes for $40. I wish they had an unlimited classes pass that would be awesome. Hopefully soon. Absolutely LOVE this studio and all of the instructors are very skilled. This was the studio that introduced me to Zumba and I've since gone to other studios, but it is not the same. The environment is very welcoming and you will for sure get a good workout. I was on vacation in Anaheim and in need of a zumba fix. I found the Zumba Studio and the class was exactly what I was looking for. The instructor (Eduardo) was easy to follow and understand. He demonstrated a variety of fitness levels so this class is great for someone just starting their zumba journey, to seasoned zumba followers, or instructors like myself. Naomy greeted me at the door and made me feel comfortable about coming into a class where I did not know anyone. Eduardo was very encouraging to all the students pushing them to workout harder and encouraging them to keep up. The price for the class is great, $5. I saw many other places in the area charging more (I was quoted $15 for one class). The class can get hot but Eduardo got the fans going. There are a variety of zumba classes/times that you can attend. I highly recommend that you take classes at the zumba studio as they have some really hot and upcoming instructors who know how to give you a good time while working your body. read more
