Any questions that I have had, any of the staff has always been able to answer my questions or find someone that can. My son has learned so much, made great friends, had great mentors in his Sensei's and had a lot of fun in not only the classes, but the camps, Halloween party, competitions, etc. This karate community has been amazing for our son and family. Nick Milliken won us over when he spent 1:1 time with our son, giving him some good mentoring... and again when he was looking for new assistants for the school (indicating that the punching and kicking was the easy part, but "getting it right" with the major task of motivating and helping-to-raise the kids was the most important bit). It's not always perfect, they certainly need longer-term assistants and staff... but it's really a great place to develop your children mentally and physically. It builds "long-term" confidence. What incentive is there for kids to try hard when it doesn't really matter if they try or not? When I was in Karate, we had to try hard just to get a stripe, or 2 or 3. These people are passing out belts like a free meal on Colfax. I wouldn't recommend. You should be awarded based on skill, not on if you pay your monthly bill.
