I was graced with amazing instructors Fred and Josh who taught great classes with strong focus on fundamentals and lots of takedowns. Loved the balance and pace of the classes. We focused on grip fighting, level changing, and movement just to start off the class. It then went into takedown practice, move of the day, drilling, and finally rolling. A lot of information packed into 1.5 hours of class. The community is great and everyone is here to learn and to sweat while helping each other improve. Would definitely come by again when I'm in town

I started training here this year with my daughter, she is brand new to jiu jitsu and to this area. Seeing her confidence bloom as she learned and made friends has been worth every penny. Her younger sister just started here after begging to join her older sister. She has a blast and after class she always falls asleep exhausted, no more crazy bedtime (definitely a plus!) I did not bring my Gi but his class was mixed with some Nogi students that hadn't received their Gi's yet. We went over side-control & he covered some good fundamentals & threw something in that I hadn't considered. I might have done it haphazardly before but his details were strong & universally applicable for new & experienced practitioners. Wish I could be here longer & get to roll with this crew more.
