My sister used Supreme Mobile Tire Repair to repair a flat tire on her 2014 Jeep Cherokee. They removed the tire, took it to their shop, repaired it, then returned and reinstalled it in her garage. Just 12 days later, while driving through a roundabout with her young daughter in the car, the exact same wheel completely detached from the vehicle. Police responded to the scene, documented the incident, and the vehicle had to be towed to an independent repair shop. The repair shop determined the wheel came off due to improper installation and loose wheel hardware. Damaged/stripped wheel hardware was also documented. Thankfully no one was seriously injured, because this could have ended much worse. What is most concerning is the company's response. Despite the repair findings, documentation, photos, and receipts, Supreme Mobile Tire Repair has refused to accept responsibility or reimburse the costs associated with the damage. A wheel falling off shortly after service is a major safety issue. Accountability matters, especially when customer safety is involved.

When my Jeep left me stranded and I was overwhelmed, he came out quickly and replaced my auxiliary battery on-site. When things got tricky after the install, he stayed calm, double-checked everything, and got me back on the road. Before calling them, I had reached out to multiple other shops and roadside companies, and nobody else could or would help me. They were the only ones willing to step up and actually get it done. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind- a rare find these days. He explained what was happening in a way I could understand, and never once made me feel rushed or left me hanging.
