Go here for great fresh baked goods! Picked up a catering order for a shiva and they loved it! Also my hub and I tried an apple danish and couldn't believe how soft and fresh it was! I used to work in a bakery and that pretty much killed my love of sweets but I have to say I was very impressed!!! I remember our things being very hard and not tasty and this seemed like a very traditional bakery that made many of the same items I had sold. However this apple thing...This was good!!! In terms of opportunities...part of my catering order contained challah for the sabbath and the large brown bag had the price written EXTREMELY LARGE AND PROMINENTLY displayed which was a little embarrassing as it was a gift for a loved one's passing. Also, I wish there was delivery or door dash because there was a line out the door so I saw a few people who much have been in a rush bc they were very annoyed...but I guess at the end of the day, good things come to those who wait.

I first heard about this place no later than 2 weeks ago from what I call him "NJ Food Guy." It was voted one of the best bakeries in the state from the guy and being that it was close to home, I had to try it. Service was good being that it was my first time. The lady let me try some Challah or a brioche rolls which were good. I probably drives past this place so many times and didn't realize it was in here. I will be going back to this place soon.

Good kosher bakery in Fair Lawn that has a wide selection of items. Meltaway- one of their best items that I have tried. Soft and full of chocolate. It is like a glorified Babka/danish. Comes in a mini if you want just enough for a couple of days for 1 person Apricot rugelach - this was ok. The apricot preserve did not taste very fresh/natural and there should be cinnamon and maybe raisins in the rugelach. Cinnamon danish- this was soft and fresh and full of cinnamon Brownie-this was very good. Had a dark chocolate frosting and had chocolate chips inside. It was moist, soft, and rich how a brownie should be. Came in a package of three brownies. Marble cake-this was good but could have used some frosting on it. Looking forward to trying their strudel, kokash, homentashen, and bloodies.

Pull apart with chocolate chips. Quite delicious!

Made it back for the Meltaway Cake. It was absolutely outstanding!! It had crumb topping, it had chocolate, it had a gooey layer, it had a surprise icing section, basically it had everything you need in a dessert! The place is great, the worker was friendly. What more could you ask for?

Simply the best challah, babka and rugelach around! Pull apart challahs are perfection.

They also have a chocolate shop next door. When I walked inside of the bakery, I felt transported to a pastry shop in France. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was super busy. Service was quick and efficient. I ordered a latte and a scone. The scone was very delicious and fresh. My boyfriend ordered a frozen hot chocolate and a chocolate éclair. I tried a bit of the éclair and we both agreed that it was the star of the show. I normally am not a big éclair person but this one was so chocolatey and rich. It was filled with this creamy, fresh chocolate filling. I strongly dislike the store bought cream filling that they are usually piped with. We sat at one of the little tables on the sidewalk outside since the weather was nice. I will be back if I am in the area and in the mood for a sweet treat!

All three people at…read morethe front, although they were very nice, assured me there were no nuts in "Spring" dessert. They said there could be cross contamination. Cross contamination is no issue for me, as I informed them, but I need to know if there are nuts actually inside as an ingredient. One person said only one item on their dessert menu contained nuts, and when I mentioned that many contained hazelnut they seemed surprised to learn that hazelnut is in fact a tree nut. Lo and behold, the chocolate dacquoise inside the Spring dessert contained nuts and I got an anaphylactic reaction as a result and needed to take my EpiPen. The bite I had was very yummy but almost took me out so I'll still keep two stars for the baking itself. However, staff NEEDS to know what contains very common and deadly allergens.

We ordered other stuff. Delivery came & we immediately realized that we were missing HALF of our order. We looked on our receipt, items listed & CHARGED. Immediately we called. They said nothing they can do, only the manager can help us but of course he wasn't due in until the following day but they took our number & said they would have him call us but of course he didn't. We called fir him th we next day & guess what? Yep not due in until 3pm. So far, not items but charged us & didn't either call us or give us an option to get other things with the money they have of ours.
