I called Ramon at Zafras Home Inspection, explained my position and was promised that he would be there the following Saturday and time. He also asked about the age and features of the roof, windows, then told me exactly what he had to do and the (competitive) cost; very professional and knowledgeable! I got a call from Ramon on the day of the appointment saying he had a conflict with the agreed time, but could be at my home earlier if was convenient for me, I agreed, he came, did his inspection, and when done explained again in details all the requirements of the report. Ramon communicated very well and provided flexible time frame that worked for us, he also confirmed the appointment time a day prior to the inspection and arrived on time. Zafras Property Services, on very short notice was able to schedule a full package of inspections we needed for the rushed purchase of an old 1930's historic household.
