I had a dead battery that hospital security wasn't able to jump, so I asked State Farm to send a tow truck in case the battery wasn't the problem. They connected me with two companies that declined because they only had flatbeds. I found Rudy Smith on my own, referred by two other companies I called. They only have one smaller truck, but Timothy came to my house, picked me up and took me to my car within half an hour of my call. Turns out, all I needed was a jump with good equipment by someone who knew what he was doing, so the truck wasn't necessary. But he was so nice and reassuring, it was a pleasure to do business with him. If I ever need a tow again, I'll just call them again and turn the receipt in to the insurance company myself.

First of all when I call to check the status of my tow the young lady who answered the phone was so friendly! Most of the time when you call a tow company it's a chore! She answered all of my questions and followed up! Let me tell you the level of professionalism was Top Tier! (I was ready to go in but I was taken aback!) The was the absolute best experience I EVER had with tow service. Now it's time for the tow. I was called when he was about 30-45 minutes away. I told the young man that I was a little bit away.. He jokingly told me to "take my time but don't take my time!" He was hilarious... I think he should have taken up stand up comedy but towing is even the better! In the mean time we kept trying other things we could try. We did get it started, a ground wire came off. I called them back and canceled. No problem they were still sweet. Then later just after we went back into our house their driver passed by to check on us and make sure we and our jeep were OK and safe. I'd recommend them for everyone.

A hotel by Triangle Deli He said it was the battery. My husband said no it's brand new so they made him get his own tow truck to tow his truck, He could've gone home or back to NTB he went back to NTB. Let them run their diagnostics they couldn't find anything. My husband kept telling him it's the lamp light coming on not the engine light So this kind driver brought him home. I really appreciate it. My husband is not well. There's no way he could've walked that far. I saw the driver when he brought my husband's truck home. He was polite, clean & well spoken, very nice and he did a good job.
