He also suggested a handyman to do the work. We were able to get repairman in right away and we had it on the market and sold with a three week period. Susan from Tim's office was a salesperson and I couldn't have made it through within Tim's office person Karen. Tim's price suggestion was right on the money and we got full asking price. The property we rented was run down and not taken care of and not as described in the description. We had cleanliness problems, a/c problems, linen problems the dryer takes two cycles to dry cloths, the walls are filthy and the pool pump does not work and there may be an electrical issue with it as the light does not work either.
