Creamy, spicy, savory and tangy sauce. The texture of the chicken was soft and tender. Good comfort food, it's become my personal favorite! Palak- equally tasty, this creamed spinach with mild herbs was savory. Garlic naan- thumbs up! Soft and chewy, perfect for dipping with the yogurt or tikka masala sauce. STAFF: friendly owner CONS: Sign on bathroom door was misleading. It clearly says "Out of Order", but wasn't out of order. Had to ask the owner if I can use it, and he ok'd me using it. Dining establishments that offer on-site dining should provide functional restrooms to patrons. I believe someone had previously mention the restroom issue among the reviews and it needs to be addressed. For this reason, had to knock off 1 star.

I was fine since I had the two chicken legs, but the thigh did not cook all the way. We could tell just by looking at the meat nearest to the bone, but by that point it was too late. We will probably still come back since it's the closest Indian restaurant to us, and there are dozens of non-meat dishes, but we won't be getting chicken here again.

They had Father's Day pricing which was $21.99 but usually I think it's a few dollars less. Either way, we'd come back. The food was hot, fresh, steaming and the area looked clean. Service was fantastic. They are consistent in refilling their dishes. Their garlic naan was so chewy and crispy, held our many dishes well. My recommendations are their butter chicken (must have), vegetable korma, paneer, and fish curry. The desserts were all good, from their mango pudding to gulab jumun and gajar ka halwa. The gajar is a blend of carrots slow cooked into water and milk, it's nice and light. Would recommend, better than some of the already tasty Indian buffets in the immediate area!

But don't let that put you off. Once you try the food you'll have a totally different opinion! We tried the all-you-can-eat lunchtime buffet as that always lets you sample a multitude of dishes at one time. Everything I tried was very tasty and seasoned appropriately for the western palate. In particular the goat curry was very tender, sometimes it tends to be a bit tough, but not here. The naan bread was also exceptional, fresh from the oven and to hot to pick up when delivered to the table. As we had the buffet it's hard to comment on the tableside service. What we saw was good though. As it's in an industrial area lunchtimes can be quite busy.

We had a reservation for patio but couldn't get one right away as there were many guests. Now , there are a sequence of events which unfold as I describe it which sort of didn't create a great impression of the place. Food: The food was just good not something extraordinary for the outrageous prices you pay. Moreover, we were provided some free munchies (papad with chutney to be precise) for making it up to us for taking up our order after quite a while. Ambience: It was a small cosy place and outdoor space was also kinda small. It was fine unless you mind dining by the highway watching a huge boulder and some vehicles moving :) Next, we did enjoy the fish pakora, garlic naan and butter chicken. Portion size was generous. The one thing which made me feel off about the place was they charged us 20$ for the fish pakora which was mentioned as 15$ in the menu. It might not be deliberate and was promptly changed in the check.
