I disputed the charges and contacted them letting them know to stop. They did not because up until a week ago I was still getting texts asking if my daughter will be participation in the recital coming up. Are you kidding me? Do you people not get the point?? Do I need to hire an attorney to be done with you??

But regardless of that, I had some questions about how the guitar, a Solo II Supreme, Blue, Left Handed would be set up. All my enthusiasm and excitement about getting a brand new guitar went down the drain when I talked to Jake! I was ready to order, but Jake's awful attitude convinced me otherwise. I explained that I'm a disabled veteran and it's hard for me to get around, so a factory set-up would be a plus. He said it would be intonated, but the neck might need adjustment and the action would be "average". That alarmed me because the neck on that particular guitar is carbon reinforced and should not need much adjustment! Also I expected an answer in measurement (like 1.75) at the 12th fret, for the action, and it sounded like he had no clue, when he said the action would be 'average' - just 'whatever that is'. So now, I guess I will buy a guitar from another company. I'm very disappointed about the way you treated me Schecter! I thought you cared about artists! If you really want this sale, follow up this review and I will update the rating. For now, I feel like your customers are not important.

He had an extra week before he started school, and I was looking for a camp to keep him busy while I worked. Honestly, I had heard about the movie starring Jack Black, but had never seriously looked into enrolling my son at the school. I'm so glad they have a location in Burbank. Not only was everyone there professional musicians who also know how to teach, but the hours were great, and my son said the instruction was second to none. You get to choose your instrument (which they supply and have on site), they "rock" between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and end the week with a performance of two classic rock songs. My son was on drums, and relished being able to tap his sticks over his head while shouting, "One, Two, Three, let's rock!" before jamming out on percussion. The kids did an amazing job on both songs, and the parents got to see what they had been learning all week. Bonus: after they complete the summer camp, they're eligible to enroll in Rock 101 to deepen their knowledge of their chosen instrument or learn another. I cannot say enough good about this place. We'll definitely be back next year.
