He first came home to give us a quote and I had a very good first impression of him. He is very enthusiastic, organized and flexible on ideas, he brought a color chart and offered me different options because at the moment I wasn't really sure what to do. I finally came up with the design of my patio and we worked together on planning it. He also removed my front porch and made a new one where, months later, I put a mosaic with the help of one of his workers, Antonio. I've waited this long to write a review because I stained the concrete myself following his recommendations and instructions. I highly recommend JRC Cement.

During the planning stages, Heladio made several suggestions that made both finished projects safer, more esthetically pleasing, and a more efficient use of space. The project started on time and was finished when they promised it would be. Their workmanship was beyond compare. Friends who have poured concrete in their younger days were very impressed with their work. Heladio and the entire crew were polite, helpful, and professional. They cleaned up the entire area at the end of every day and they were very quiet, even on pour day! I felt like it was a rush job and Dee wasn't listening to my question and he didn't offer a suggestion on how to improve the longevity of the driveway such as install rebars and use joints between concretes. Also, BEWARE, he charged for everything such as check to see water irrigation was on ($200) just to turn/push button on the irrigation system.

We are replacing an old, cracked cement pad to prepare for the addition of a patio covering. We wanted to lay down something that looked attractive and inviting, unlike regular cement, while staying within budget. After reviewing a few bids and meeting with Roberto, this company was the clear choice. And we are so glad we selected Brisenos. Throughout the process, Roberto was super helpful. He walked us through various options regarding size and concrete color/surface, and helped us select just exactly what we were looking for. Roberto and his crew efficiently removed and hauled away the old concrete, and prepared the site with rebar. Yesterday morning a crew of 9 arrived to quickly lay down the concrete, carefully smooth it, and apply the stamp we had selected. He checked in with me several times to explain the process and get my input on small, final details. As a nice surprise, off to the side he even arranged a small oval for us to leave our mark - hand and dog prints - which we will be able to place wherever we want in our yard just for fun. :) Roberto also provided much needed advice regarding how long to keep our dogs off the surface while it cures, etc. He and his crew will be back in a couple of weeks to apply a sealer. It was a big area of concrete and pooling of water kind of concerned me. It is now May and we've had a lot rain through the past months...sometimes downpours where it felt like an inch of rain in an hour. There were zero issues with water draining. The concrete pad was absolutely graded properly with the correct drainage features installed. 100% happy and satisfied with Roberto and his team's work. The job was done in a couple of days and the area was cleaner than when they first arrived. They were a dream to work with.
