We requested a quote and they arrived to meet with us the next day. Communication w/ Ana was excellent; very responsive via text through the whole process. We got a cement pad/patio extension in our backyard installed last fall. The work looked immaculate but I wanted to wait until after the rainy season to write this review. It was a big area of concrete and pooling of water kind of concerned me. It is now May and we've had a lot rain through the past months...sometimes downpours where it felt like an inch of rain in an hour. There were zero issues with water draining. Tbh they weren't my first choice. I originally was looking for a landscape company but yelp sent my request to a bunch of other businesses as well and Roberto was one of them. We had another guy that same morning for a quote as well but he wasn't super friendly, a little unapproachable. Roberto was completely the opposite. He showed up and already had something in mind for what would look best for our project. We had another 2 quotes a few days later but none of them could beat his price! We are replacing an old, cracked cement pad to prepare for the addition of a patio covering. We wanted to lay down something that looked attractive and inviting, unlike regular cement, while staying within budget. After reviewing a few bids and meeting with Roberto, this company was the clear choice. And we are so glad we selected Brisenos. Throughout the process, Roberto was super helpful. He walked us through various options regarding size and concrete color/surface, and helped us select just exactly what we were looking for. Roberto and his crew efficiently removed and hauled away the old concrete, and prepared the site with rebar. Yesterday morning a crew of 9 arrived to quickly lay down the concrete, carefully smooth it, and apply the stamp we had selected. My company needed a trencher. I was tasked with looking for a trencher in the Sacramento area, on Yelp. Had tons of people reply. Sent pictures to get an idea of a quote to several companies. Briseno's stuck out for a reason. I looked up their website, and reviews. Everything looked good. I actually got a cheaper price, they matched it. They were very responsive and quick to answer my questions. The trenching was 20" down and 10' long by 6". They showed up on time, dug the trench. There were some irrigation pipes that crossed and they were very careful. The work was clean. We had some electrical PV go into the trench and had the city come by and approve. They came actually a day early because rain was coming. Filled it in and it looks amazing. You cant even tell that there was a hole there. I recommend using Briseno Custom Concrete!!!!
