This place is awful! They promise and don't honor. They miscommunicate and are slow. Won't shop here again.

The solitaire on the engagement ring POPPED off in 6 months (they replaced it). The chain on the $2500 necklace broke within 4 months. The chain on the $600 necklace (a gift to someone else) broke within 2 months. One of the watches second hand fell off after about one year and the other two watches were bought in May of 2025. When we go in there, there is not a friendly, hello again vibe. I was irritated with my husband for buying these last two watches in May but he impulse bought another one for himself (as he was taking the one he had bought previously in since the second hand fell off) and the other as a graduation present. We went in today (2 weeks to fix it) and upon giving it to us, the lady at the counter said oh wait, this hand is broke. Another week . My husband says he definately doesn't feel like a repeat valued customer. This is it, no more Delton Hayes. Maby it's us but almost everything we have purchased there has broken within a few months to a year, that is not normal. Plus, no warm friendly vibe. True, they are conveniently located but our experiences have just been too negative. Plus we have been waiting for an appraisal on the solitaire for over 10 months. It just keeps falling through the cracks. Their jewelry is pretty though.

I could never get my ring size correct but like Lindsey (the associate that helped me today) said "Third times a charm!" I totally agree! Thank you all for you friendly staff and great customer service! I will definitely be back soon for some Christmas shopping!

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The customer service I received from one of…read morethe employees behind the counter was unprofessional and came across as passive-aggressive throughout our interaction. I politely asked if I could see the necklaces that were on display behind the counter. Instead of showing them to me, she repeatedly pointed to a printed sheet with pictures. I explained that I wanted to see the actual necklaces on display and that I understood there might be a price difference. I even told her I was willing to pay the difference if necessary, but she still refused to let me view them. As a customer, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. The interaction left me feeling as though I was being judged, and I couldn't help but feel that I was treated differently than I should have been. Whether intentional or not, that's how the experience came across to me. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because every customer deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to make an informed purchase.

The customer service is always excellent, and you can always find something, especially if you're in need of a gift for someone. Prices range from high-end items to fun finds below $20. I love the Mudpie, Brighton, Royal Standard, and fun Louisianan items (my NOLA-raised self definitely appreciates them). I bought a Louisiana-themed tea towel, and an associate offered to hold it at the register until checkout. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was so incredibly helpful. The reason I'm removing a star is because when we first entered the store, despite being greeted, we were heavily watched and followed while we browsed Tyler Candle and Mackenzie Childs products. I own several items from both companies, yet when we got in the car, my mom remarked how uncomfortable it made her feel. I absolutely agree. I realize they've probably had theft issues, especially with the close proximity to the freeway, and I know Mackenzie Childs products are a pretty penny (as well as fragile), but glaring at customers and staying within a few feet of them the entire time they're browsing products is a bit overboard. Fortunately, as we continued through the store, the micromanagement died way down. I would have been more at ease if I could have freely shopped the entry area, and my mom probably would have bought something. The customer service and vast selection are 1000% worth the four stars.

I understand if maybe this place has a lot of shoplifters but I felt as if this was too much. Again, great products and I love the unique items this place has but if it wasn't for being followed to the point even my boyfriend was uncomfortable I would come back again. I almost walked out honestly without buying anything, and I kept feeling like maybe this was because of my skin color or because of our age group that we are in. Do better please.. I came to spend money not steal and would like to be treated as such.
