When I contacted and spoke to the owner, "Robie", he asked me to send him pictures, which I did. He said that he would get back to me. No response from Robbie to date. I followed up with him and he is still hiding behind his phone and has done nothing to fix his improper installation. Everyone makes mistakes but we distinguish ourselves by how we address our mistakes. Robbie / May River Flooring excel at highlighting themselves as low class hit and run artists.
