I recently came here to get my LiveScan finger printing, I called Jasmine and to see if they were open or not. And she was so nice to me on the phone. This was my first time getting fingerprinted, as I walked in I was greeted by some guy, his desk was next to Jasmine. He took my ID AND THE form I bought and jasmine took me in the back to get my finger prints, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I was referred by my sister who lives in the area. Edwin was very swift in completing my taxes and not to mention his prices are awesome. He DOES make appointments which is my favorite thing about this. Other places MAKE you walk in and just wait for them to free up with their clients--but why waste your time for something anyone can help you do? I was glad to have found a place that actually sticks to their appointment times. Overall, filing my taxes here was very pleasant and I will be returning every year from now on, so long as he doesn't leave. :) Sidenote: the office is located in a large plaza, somewhat hidden behind an award pillar of the building structure but definitely worth the find! read more

It was my second time filing taxes this year. I went to a different office last year but I felt very disconnected, the preparer just took my forms, never spoke to me, and at the end told me the result. This year I decided to look around and found great reviews for this office. The reviews were correct. I was helped by Jazmin and she was amazing! She was super helpful, and even explained to me how I got my deductions and reimbursement. It felt like a mini tax course, information I never learned in school, but it definitely important. My husband and I have been looking for a new place to do our taxes, and based on the yelp reviews, we decided to come here. I called first, just to make sure we didn't need an appointment, and we were able to come in. We were seen by Edwin and he did such a great job! It was our first time here, so I brought our last years' taxes, and he was able to find errors on our last years tax return! I even mentioned to him that we got a revised balance letter from the IRS for a previous tax year, and he told us to send him our paperwork so he can see if the IRS made an error. If that's the case, we might get reimbersed for the extra payment that we made to the IRS- HOW COOL IS THAT?! Edwin explains and clarifies anything you are curious or confused about. He goes over and beyond with his service and at a great price too! I totally recommend stopping by and doing your taxes here. If you're hesistant on doing an "in-person" appointment due to the pandemic, he offers doing your taxes via email, even if you live out of state! So accommodating! I came to Zamora services by accident needed a notarized letter on a Sunday. They were closed but they were willing to come to their office and help me out. After that we used them to help us process my husband green card. After a year or so my husband is a resident. So happy with the service they provided. Jasmine is always ready to answer any questions and very helpful in the many questions I had. We now use them to file our taxes and most of my family does too!
