There was a lot to look and sift through.. they also had a really good deal where all red tag items were $1.49 and orange items were 20% off. I came in for a blazer or cardigan and ended up with 13 items at checkout lol.. one of the male staff members who were putting things up, saw that I was looking at sweaters and he found a really cute one for me and I tried it on and it was a perfect fit ,in total I paid 40 bucks and got some really cute pieces for work. Definitely will be back. This location is great.

As a seller, though... it's a different story. The process itself is super easy--you drop off your bags, come back before closing, and they pay you cash for what they pick. But you definitely need to manage your expectations. Being offered a dollar two for Lululemon leggings (yes, really) is kind of humbling. And depending on who's working the buy counter that day, the vibe can be hit or miss. A friendly experience feels great; an unfriendly one feels like you and your clothes are being judged by a panel of fashion gatekeepers. I am writing this for Made for Love because as overwhelming the Jewelry Exchange is, Bella made it easy for us by showing us the "unusual" , a necklace for everyday that stands out. She was very patient and listened and was able to fit it to layer a smaller motr petite necklace and even shortened it to make it fit inside the piece we bought. Even though we went to about 6 places in the exchange and we know there are a lot more, this piece as so many of them was not the usual we saw in the other locations. Bella worked with us on the purchase and also gave my wife time to put it on and off and to see it laid flat. She was very pleasant and grateful we were there and was a pleasure to deal with. No attitude from Bella and walked out happy that we found a perfect necklace. After being surprised by Josef's approximately $900 quote to replace the movement of the watch (a standard quartz movement that itself is available for sale online for ~$40) I took the watch to JR Dunn in Pompano--an authorized Tag dealer and repair shop, where Josef's is not--and was quoted less than $300 to have the entire job done, by Tag themselves, with a warranty. Shamelessly quoting 3x a certified dealer for the exact same job is outrageous.

I couldn't pass it up because it was only twelve dollars. At that price point I don't expect it to last forever but I am happy with it. I love checking out the home decor/kitchen departments in these stores. Today I found a Farberware can opener (manual) for about five dollars, maybe six. It was one of my favorite colors too, purple. Sometimes it's the little things that make me happy. The girl manning the dressing rooms was very nice to me. I do want to mention the dressing rooms are dated and need to be cleaned, deep cleaned. Thank goodness I always have hand sanitizer on me. Finding the cashier was a little irritating. To get in line you walk around an isle & a few displays, it was weird. It reminded me of waiting on line at Disney. Very maze-like & I was getting dizzy. The cashier was an absolute joy. She was sweet & even let me keep the hanger for my new top. So, customer service wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The store needs a good cleaning and the racks of clothes weren't organized well.
