Visited this gem today for the first time and I have to say, its a must for antique junkies!!! Good prices, incredible finds and lots of parking. Definitely in my top 3 in SFL. Customer service was good and the lady actually helped us with deals and we even got a free item hehe. Make sure you come with money because you will definitely leave with a few goodies. read more

I was trying to go to the Cooper City Antique Mall and accidentally found Fine Lion in the same plaza. You have to be buzzed in and I wasn't going to ring the bell but the owner Marsha saw me peeking in the window and opened the door. She has a small dog in the store so I can see why she wants to keep an eye on the door. Founded in 1990, the store has 16 different dealers. It is under a new partnership with Marsha. Fine Lion is crammed floor to ceiling with small items of furniture, vintage jewelry, porcelain, artwork, bronzes, and collectibles. Once you enter the store you are free to wander at will but Marsha is at the ready for any help you might need. As soon as I entered the store I saw a teapot in my Grandmother's Royal Rose pattern that I collect. I have several tea pots that I have picked up here and there for a few dollars and this one was marked $45. I loved their collection of uranium glass that fluoresces green. If I ever figure out where I can set up a blacklight in my house I might start picking up some pieces. They had a number of gorgeous teacups and saucers that I used to buy until a cat took out my collection. The jewelry selection was interesting and several gem stone earrings caught my eye. They had a room with several acoustic guitars in the back of the store. They also had a darling pink and white table and chair set that I adored. That is just a few of the items off the top of my head. You can spend a lot of time looking through everything they have and if you know what you want Marsha will steer you in the right direction. They also buy and trade antiques so you can bring in what you have. There are so many artifacts of history here and I really enjoyed my visit. read more

Came into this store yesterday and my experience was terrible! The owner only cares about money, she was discussing with others that were at her store retail pricing for items she had and they were saying "double the price" and so on. She was not welcoming at all and very rude!! She was only paying attention to the guests she already had there and would attend me very quickly and then dismiss me. There are way to many things in the store for you to even walk through, most things don't have tags or are extremely over priced. In my opinion I prefer to go to the antique mall in the same plaza with friendly staff, better selection and pricing! Definitely won't come back here read more

This is a unique and cute antique shop in Davie. Very eclectic collection of goods for sale. Great jewelry, as well as antique furniture, clothes, radios, decor items, razors, art, furniture, lamps, and more. Marsha is really sweet and and great to work with. A wonderful shop you can lose yourself in for a few hours if you want to see everything. Don't forget to look up....my advice for any antique shop. Wonderful place with a great atmosphere. Went to check the place out. The lady at the store was very rude. Did not feel comfortable in her very crowded store. Not going back ever.

This place had some nice items, but unfortunately the pricing policy was not clear (many items lacked price tags). Normally this doesn't upset me at antique stores, but the person working seemed quite unwilling to discuss prices in any polite way. I was just trying to achieve what I believed to be a fair price on some glassware (which was already priced equal to or exceeding what you can find online) by rounding off the purchase to an even dollar amount so I didn't have to pay via card, but I was then told that I was already getting a "massive break", should be grateful for the price offered, and should be paying double anyways, which, again, if you look at other vintage sellers is patently false. Also, the price wasn't listed in the first place, so there was seemingly no logic about why the price could be rounded down by 75 cents to include sales tax. I normally am a quiet person and I paid the price asked originally without haggling further, since I was so taken aback by the combative attitude, but needless to say this was an overall negative experience. If price tags aren't listed and there isn't a "firm prices" sign, then I don't see why the worker felt the right to be so belligerent when I simply asking about pricing. Perhaps this shop is better when the people working there are in a good mood. read more

What a quaint store. I went with my husband and I saw so many items that took me back to the good ole days. Yes, it's quite cramped and the aisles were narrow but we enjoyed going aisle by aisle, taking in the old fashioned vibe. Chock full with artfully displayed antiques and vintage collectibles, with barely sufficient room to maneuver! Excellent selection, but difficult to see price tags on displays. My personal preference is to see the price and item info upfront so as to avoid wasting my time and theirs. The nice sales lady was very helpful in checking out my purchases. read more

I have always gotten really great stuff from here. the owner is fabulous. She has a beautiful selection of antique jewelry - Victorian hair brooches, rubies, micromosaic, spinners etc. We bought an entire bedroom set there. I began going to the Fine Lion approximately three years ago, and fell in love with this store. I could rarely walk out without purchasing something. The owner is delicious and the other people who work with her are sweet and so knowledgeable. This store may not be huge but it is absolutely full of marvelous antiques. You really need to take the time to stroll through it and inspect every nook and cranny or you are going to miss something you didn't even know you wanted or needed. I can literally spend hours there searching and sitting and talking. The owner will definitely take the time to work with you to see that you can find and purchase what you want at a price that makes you smile as you are leaving. read more

fabulous store with great prices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! owners are very accommodating and helpful. the man who wrote the negative review was extremely rude. i was there in the shop when he came in and wanted her to bring him all of her watches from her own collection which she did, she spent several hours locating over 40 watches for him and he did not show up the next day and did not even give her the courtesy of a phone call! over 40 watches had to be sorted as to which ones worked and which ones did not, which were gold or gold plated, which were sterling or gold filled, etc. etc. etc. ..............a lot of her time wasted for a customer that did not give her the courtesy of a phone call!!!! simply rude to say the least. ..................laura hosbach read more
