My dentist was gentle and reassuring during treatment. She helped me to realize what I need to fix but also prevent. She does not try to oversell what I do not need. Basically, she treated me like her own family member, rather than a $. Highly recommend to see Dr. Thy; although she is very busy, she always find time to help. I asked for the name of the CEO and they refused to give it. The receptionist wore no mask nor did any of the other staff! I have contacted the courts and am waiting for the outcome on my restitution for time and pain. This was clearly a breech of contract and bait and switch. Even the office entrance looked temporary, with a handwritten letter B on the door. The location was new in case they had to move because of too many law suits. Avoid these crooks. All they want is your hard earned cash!

I've gotten treated with 3 nurses and they are all great. They make me feel comfortable and they let me scream if I need to. If you come in for your consultation be ready to have the nurse put the laser to your skin. Whatever you're coming in for have it shaved and ready to go. The nurse will usually give you your first treatment during your consultation. Take Motrin and stay hydrated, it hurts! If you want numbing cream tell the receptionist when you check in.
