For example, I would have an appointment at 12pm, but I wouldn't be out of there until 5pm. Appointments aren't necessary for this place, because they just go through a list of people that sign their name on their sheet. As of right now, the staff didn't come until 10:20am, when the place specifically said they would be open at 10:00am. Another thing that irks customers that go here is the fact that when they have lunch, ALL THE STAFF HAS LUNCH, so patients like me have to wait another 40 minutes while they take their break. I would understand if they have a break, but at least have some staff working and some staff taking a break. No one wants to spend a good chunk of their Sunday at the dentist. Another point I want to go over is that, since the orthodontist doesn't live around here, they don't offer rescheduling, which sucks. And if you don't show up, you still have to pay. Overall, the actual dentist (Dr. Tolentino) is good and organized. When it comes to having your braces done here by some other Dr., this place is horrible for keeping patients happy. At this moment, im planning to transfer my X-rays to a different dentist. God speed to anyone who still goes here for their braces.
