Very disappointing experience. This was my first and only time using this dry cleaner, and they lost my vest. I dropped the vest off on January 28, 2026 for cleaning. The vest was essentially brand new -- it had only been worn twice and this was the first time it had ever been cleaned. The vest cost $90. After they lost the item, the process to resolve the claim was extremely slow and frustrating. It took over a month to receive any reimbursement, and I did not receive a claims check until March 5, 2026. The negotiation process for anything over $40 was painful and difficult. To make matters worse, they only reimbursed me $60 for a vest that cost $90 and had barely been worn. Losing a customer's clothing is bad enough, but taking more than a month to resolve the issue and then refusing to reimburse the full value is unacceptable. Would not recommend. read more

Great quality, service and FAST! I have been coming here for a few years now. Staff is always cheerful. My husband wears larger sized shirts and they have never complained, like other locations. I even brought his knights jersey in between playoff games and they had it ready for the next match! Took a brand new almost $200 sweater that I only had for 2 weeks To get dry cleaned and I got it back faded and shrunken like it was thrown in a washer. Good for pants and other basics but wouldn't trust them w clothes you'd actually like to keep. Workers kept trying to deny washing It when it's obvious. Anyways the manager was cool and at least gave me a refund for my cleaning fee but it still doesn't cover what I paid for it. read more

I have used this cleaners for the past 11 years and have given numerous recommendations. I had never had a problem with this cleaners up until recently. They ruined my $225 True Religion Jean's and only offered 10 times the amt of the cleaner cost of $22.25. The customer service is horrible. After going back and forth with them, they offered me $50 and $20 cleaners credit. I thought it was fare to ask for half of what I paid, being the jeans were approximately 6 months old. If you come here, make sure you take pictures of every piece of clothing you drop off. I came here with 5 expensive shirts for dry cleaning. The person working here counted them right in front of me and wrote 5 shirts on the receipt. I come back the following week and the lady says to me "I wrote you down for 5 shirts but there was only 4." Sounded odd to me, but I was in a hurry and have been coming here for a while, so I took her word for it. Got home to look and sure enough, the 5th shirt was nowhere to be found. Those were the only 5 shirts I had and now I'm down to 4. I call them up to explain the situation and they put me on hold for ONE HOUR and then hung up on me. Called them again and no answer. I called them from a different phone number and they picked up. The lady told me the same thing she said at the cleaners. I told her this was impossible and either they lost my shirt, or damaged it and are afraid to tell me. The lady said she would look for it and get back to me the next day by noon. However, they recently lost a favorite piece of clothing and when I brought it to their attention, they explained the remediation process and were courteous and apologetic. After filling out and later returning the one-page questioner/report they reimbursed me (minus the cost of depreciation). I have to say before I had a bad experience, I had many good ones at Seville Cleaners but when they donated one coat to savers and lost the lining to another, I had no choice but to go to social media. I called for WEEKS about the lining to my London Fog trench coat. It was a fur winter lining that made the cost of the coat much higher. Because this is expensive , I was hesitant about dropping it to Seville because I had a previous item donated once I didn't pick it up. I had alterations made to a Lord and Taylor coat but did not pick the coat up for several months. No worries because I saw it in a local Savers ...WITH THE ALTERATION TAG STILL IN THE POCKET!When I told the woman about this, she said I "couldn't prove it" not knowing I found the tag in the pocket. I couldn't blame them for that one because I did leave the coat for quiet some time but I took my chances with them again. My fault again because I was given another coat back without the inner lining. When I called in, the "blonde" woman with glasses told me it would be waiting for me. I left town for the holidays and when I went to pick it up, no one could find it or knew what I was talking about. Weeks of trying to find it was the worse because I never once got a call back. I'm infuriated more about the fact no one offered any help in locating it and I had to call everyday for two weeks and once a week for two more weeks. I had to call a final time and they informed me they couldn't find it and they could give me a $25 credit. The fucking lining of the coat was 4x that not to mention the trench coat that is now unless. They were awesome until I paid more attention. If you only make two mistakes, that's not a problem but losing clothes Definitely is! If you own something worth $2.99 don't take it to Seville Cleaners. read more

Horrible Fucking Service I dropped my clothes off at 7am yesterday 7/24 which should've been done by 5pm. I come here this morning 7/25 and it's still not done the lady who normally works there is very nice but this lady didn't care at all such a non apology like wtf kind of service do you have. The girl with the glasses that wears a Niners hoodie is so much nicer and nothing ever goes wrong when she's working but this lady currently working doesn't know how to work customer service AT ALL!! Yesterday morning is was extremely hot in the store and she didn't even bother to open the door or anything. Fifth Ave. Cleaners is a value with exceptional service and quality. Every clothing item is $1.50 per item for dry cleaning including heavy winter coats and a $1.25 for laundered shirts. Items being dropped off for dry cleaning are ready the next day at 5pm and laundered shirts can take a couple of days to be returned. The one down side I could find is that Fifth Ave. Cleaners will not do comforters. If you are looking for added value for your money this place is a must. read more

Or you leave your coat there for months and they get rid of it... Or it takes more than 1 day to clean your soiled pants... Or you think they should reimburse you for your waaaaaaaay over-priced item (If you paid that much, you should have enough money to buy a new one, right?) Check your perspective.
