Had a terrible experience there when the day manager began shouting at me and accusing me of lying over a $4 redo! She said I had worn it when clearly I had not. It still had makeup on the collar, it was visible from the previous dry cleaning process but not "pre-treated" for the makeup. The dry cleaning ticket clearly stated "pre-spot" but was missed. It happens, I wasn't upset about it and was taking it back to be Redone. This woman was in a horrible mood and taking it out on me! She refused to redo a $4 redo plus calling me a liar! If I had worn that blouse it would have been very wrinkled and would've had a lot more makeup near the collar area being that it's a white cotton blouse. I brought 10 shirts to them and got the $4.00 price even though I didn't have a coupon. The shirts were all pressed and dry cleaned perfectly for my trip to Miami. I used the seamstress Elena at this location for years! Sadly she has retired and I didn't even get to say goodbye! She always did such good work! Now there is a new lady working here named Anna. She has difficult hours to get to. She works from 10-2 on Tues. & Thurs. and Sat. I just took a bunch in for alterations and will let you know how things come out! I'm short, so I always need my pants hemmed. As far as dry cleaning goes, I've never had any issues here, and they even called me when I forgot about a piece before it was donated. They clean comforters and quilts, and offer discounts through text messaging as well. The price is cheaper than a lot of other places in town. They clean on site, so your clothes shouldn't get lost. My only concern is that it's really dirty inside, like the place doesn't ever get cleaned. Look at the carpet, vents, dressing room and surfaces. It does make me wonder if the washing machines and dry cleaning machines are maintained to healthy standards. It is also hot inside during the summer, so the owner doesn't run the air for his employees very much, and that is not very considerate. Employees should not have to suffer during the summer months! Lastly, the place is no longer open until 7p.m.! They clise at 5 p.m. and it's hard to pick up your dry cleaning now, unless you do it on the weekend. read more

My elderly mother bought a Groupon for this cleaners...the do not honor the Groupon without FaceTiming, which is redic, as they have a barcode on the Groupon after purchase. The staff rolled their eyes when I went in there to drop off my mothers comforter, when I mentioned the Groupon. 2 trips and groupon was never accepted. I needed to use them as my regular cleaners was closed. Fair price, but they charged me $1 to used my debit card which I thought was odd. The guy behind the counter kept pushing sales of their face masks and seemed to be barking instructions to anyone and everyone. Found him rather rude. It wasn't until I was leaving that I noticed the dollar bin on the far counter, something like you'd see at a garage sale. I usually stop by here every other week for some dry cleaning on my lunch break because they have changed hours since covid ( 7am to 5pm formerly 7pm). Today, Dec, 31 NYE, I had the day off and had the chance to go by earlier in the day, approximately 10am. Oh boy howdy! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Jay... Jay, was polite, funny and very helpful. He was a much needed ray if sunshine in this place which is usually operated by some rather less than enthusiastic people whom seem to be bothered by your presence ( I e even had the owner throw shade my way many times ) Jay even signed me up for the stores "Loyalty Program", that saves you a significant amount of money and for the many years I've have frequented this establishment, HAD NO CLUE EXISTED! Jay was more than happy to take the few extra SECONDS to set this up for me. I would also like to add that during my interaction with this joyful, and very handsome young man, the owner sat at a desk a few feet away shooting daggers his way... If looks could kill! I looked as if the owner was bothered and dare I say JEALOUS, of the extra attention Jay gave the few customers, including yours truly. Anyhoo... Even though my interactions ( in the past ) with the angry young lady I usually have to endure or the unnecessarily rude owner have been taxing, Jay made the sun shine through the clouds and the rain go away! I will be coming back SPECIFICALLY because of him! And to the owner of, Now $3.50 cleaners...it was like 2.50 just a few months ago. SHEESH! chill on the hate and daggers you throw... The dude is doing a phenomenal job and is helping your business thrive in these crazy times... My clothes are always done at the promised time and Eldorado is by far the most reasonably priced cleaners I have used. This cleaner has my vote as The Worst of Las Vegas. They accidentally substituted 2 of my garments with another customer's and refused to take responsibility for their error. If you really like going to a filthy cleaner, enjoy rude service, and tend to disregard garment mix-ups, then this dump is the place for you. This place also has 2 women working the front counter who are not the sharpest knives in the drawer, but compensate for their shortcomings by having the nastiest attitudes. I've been here before for dry cleaning services; and lets be honest, it's dry cleaning...HOW HARD CAN IT REALLY BE? As long as it's clean and pressed...it's a-ok with me... The main reason I'm writing this review is because I needed ridiculous alterations...and when I mean, ridiculous, I mean, REE-DIC-U-LUS!!! I had a dress for work that was a small but, on me, was a XXL. Lets face it, I am a petite woman...it's a blessing and a curse! The lady that did alterations wasn't there when I initially went but, the owners wife, Ellen (I believe) was such a sweetheart and arranged an appt for me with the alterations lady. Ellen was so sweet and funny and real.....let's face it, being those things goes a long ways in the retail/service/just all around good person field. When I went in for my appt with the alterations lady, she was funny and sweet, as well. It made all the pricking and prodding with needles a little easier and funny to handle. The price was extremely affordable, too. $40 for what seemed like a brand new dress. She told be the dress would be done on a Friday, which was 3 days..I was EXTREMELY shocked! She had so many dresses to finish up and she guaranteed it in 3 days. In the 4th day, I went to get my dress and it wasn't even touched. Let's just say it was too good to be true but, Ellen and the alterations lady were tooo sweet so, it was forgivable. (AND, THANKFULLY, I didn't need it immediately). My friend picked it up for me on the 6th day and it was done. *thankfully* It wasn't exactly what I had hoped for in that it was still a little too big on my upper body BUT, it was an 80% improvement from the original. And again the people there made up for the not-so-guaranteed 3 days... Another thing is they have coupons for their dry cleaning...$1.75 per piece. I went in to pick up my dry cleaning after the given time. The man asked me for my last name. As he was looking for it, I see my dress shirts and suit jackets being worked on. Then he brings it back when it's done and tells me to bring the receipt next time. I gave him a confused look because he asked for my name. Then he wanted to know if I speak English. I use this dry cleaner for my uniforms every week and they never disappoint with the quality of their work, but when I forgot to pick up my dry cleaning on a Saturday and needed my uniforms for Monday, the owner called me personally and told me that he would meet me at the store to open it up on a Sunday so I can get my uniforms that I needed! Clothes have never been fresh and crisp. More like you do at home with damp rag and a hand steamer. They also want to charge to use a credit card. Almost 20% in my case and their prices are just not that cheap by any means. They have never been friendly and will leave you waiting at the counter with out acknowledging you are even there until they are good and ready to help you. Love this place. Always get good service. Fast, efficient and low cost. They do an excellent job with dry cleaning all of my clothes. I bring comforters and other large items here as well and they always do an excellent job. I've had alterations done and they are reasonable in terms of cost and are very straightforward with whether they feel they can do the work and how it will end up looking. Literally just went to this place. The girl at the counter looked sleepy, irritated, and like she just rolled out of a dumpster. She was taking clothes out of a basket that was brought in by another customer. She never acknowledged me, never uttered one word. I finally decided to leave. I called to speak to the manager and after I explained the above mentioned, her response was, "Oh...you have a problem with a worker?" She did not seem to understand what I was saying. One star is too many! We have been going there for 3 years this was the first encounter with the owner and we will not be going back. We brought a pair of Levi 501 jeans to be dry clean (like we always do and they washed them and ruin them.) We did not ask them to wash the jeans and have never had an issue before. When speaking with the owner trying to get the issue resolved he raised his voice. He snatched a paper out of my hand and said: "what you don't know how to read." As a customer (especially a frequent customer) I have never been spoken to like that before, anywhere! Needless to say, my issue was not resolved and I will not be going back. read more

I get home and I now have a queen down comforter, someone has deliberately destroyed the size tag. I've taken in and they will not take ownership to the switcheroo that has been done by their staff.
