The store is great and the price is good! But they forgot one basic thing which is customer service part. Or perhaps inexpensive price is equals to the bad customer service?? There was a pretty long line at the casher, but no one smiles and said anything like "thanks for waiting" to customers. At men's store, one of staffs really stared at me for a long~~time. I do love this store. When they have a sale they actually have a sale!!! Not like other stores that say sale and their stuff is like $3 off but Zara is great! Got my son a pair of $34.99 shoes for $9.99 on the sale. That was amazing! Their children selection is great and their women selection is freaking amazing!! The only thing is that sometimes their lines can get a tad bit long. I do recommend for at least a quick stop by. read more

Had a large gift card for 3+ years & wil never use it all. This place is terrible. Have bought stuff and brought it back because it's so poorly made but just needed 2 simple t-shirts so what could go wrong? Bought them on Thursday, washed on delicate, air-dried, took them away for the weekend, came home and they both had a number of holes. Tried to return them but was met with several arguments. Then the maybe manager who was so overly-tanned she looked like the woman from Something About Mary saw that I'd cut tags out of the inside so wouldn't return them. Said it was Washington state law to leave them - a COMPLETE lie. Then just exchange them and use the tags in the exchanged shirts but she wouldn't. The shirts were defective. This is more about the actual store than its clothing, I love their clothes btw. They have a lot of product and despite the store being big with separate areas for women and kids it seems lilt seems a little too full. Although compared to Forever 21 racks and walkways it's like the Grand Canyon. read more

Bought something online went back to the store to get different size, didn't have it so I returned it and bought a new, after waiting for several days on my bank statement I see that ZARA only refunded me half of what I originally paid for. They didn't give me any indication that they will only refund back 50% or anything. Worst customer service I've experienced after Walmart! read more

I honestly can't even stand shopping at this location anymore because of one of the managers that is always there. Some tall ass white female ( at least I think she is a female- I am honestly not sure ) but anyways she? has short hair that doesn't quite reach her shoulders with straight across bangs. Anyways, I have never in my life experienced or witnessed such terrible customer service! Her attitude is disgusting. She's always glaring at customers and making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. One night as they were closing I overheard her as she was kicking out other customers who clearly didn't speak great English and she says to them (with so much attitude) "ladies......we are closed. Your done. Stop trying on clothes in front of the mirror." Not only was her choice of words and the way she had said it SO rude! But also her tone of voice was much louder than it should have been. I can say with certainty that everyone who was left in the store at that time heard and had probably felt embarrassed for them. It was awful to see a MANAGER treat customers like that! Zara is one of my favorite shops and now I avoid going into that location so much so that most times I will drive the extra distance just to shop at the Seattle location. I went to Zara for the first time New Year's Eve looking for a cute outfit to go out in. I had no idea what I was looking for, I kind of looked like a crazy person running around due to crunched time. Then Sara with the long brown hair was absolutely AMAZING and came to the rescue. She helped me find the perfect outfit, I literally felt like a celebrity getting styled! She was sweet, funny and had me with a smile the whole time! Every time I go to Zara, I look for Sara and let her dress me. She knows style, and that's something I don't! Well anyways, this store is awesome. The clothes are cute with good prices. WORST customer service! When I ask for help they seem totally annoyed and reluctantly drag themselve to whatever product I have a question about. They have zero appreciate for their customers. This isn't the first time but on my last visit they only had the women's cash register open with a very long line, when I finally reached the cashier with my tired children there is no apologies for the wait, no smile, nothing! Worst Customer Service at Bellevue Square I have never had with other retailers in this mall.The clothes had Red Tag on sale bur they have charged me full price. They explained they didn't change the prices in system. They weren't nice and no customer service skill and said you couldn't get the sale price. They asked me to bring the clothes I said I could show you the cloth on the phone but the manager didn't want to talk to me about it. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Was treated SOO rudely during a return. I was trying to return a trench coat that I bought a week prior that I had been sitting in the same bag I bought it in that I never even took out. I just didn't end up liking it. Upon trying to return it the lady told me that the inside tag was not there or cut off and therefore couldn't be returned. I explained that I bought it as it was because it never even came out of the bag so I didn't know what she was even referring to. She was totally rude the entire time and pretty much shoved it back to me. I asked to talk to the manager and that was even worse. Said their employees thoroughly check their items. APPARENTLY NOT. I should have been warned I wouldn't be able to return the item when I bought it. Not when it was already too late. Wasted $200. He Didn't even want to speak to me.
