The lady RUSHED through the middle portion of my eyebrows and took off the inner part of my eyebrow! When I questioned her she acted like she didnt know what I was talking. About until I said you took off way too much here? And she's like "probably". Mam.. this is my face and we're two days from a holiday and you're gonna hit me with a probably and not I'm sorry? I understand you have three people waiting but I'm the person paying who is sitting in your chair right now and yet you're just gonna rush through and take off a HUGE chunk of my inner brow?! And say "probably". Please look at the left side and notice the size difference on the right and how far a way it is from the center the white line is where my eyebrow was before!... 10/10 do not recommend. To start off I wasn't greeted up one entering the studio and stood there for 5 minutes. I asked about how eyebrow tinting works and the process since I am in a wedding on Saturday. I left not knowing anything about the process except that I "should come back on Friday". I asked to make an appt and I was told to call. The worst brow place I've ever been to. I specifically asked her ONLY for a clean up, she waxed them extremely thin and crooked. Unfortunately I did not get the techs name who did them but this place is horrible. They try to push extra services on you, all they want is your money. She was trying to push tint on my eyebrows and I told her I just got that done I didn't need that. I only needed a wax. I am so mad because I finally grew my brows out to be thick and she waxed them extremely thin again. Do not go to this place. You will be extremely disappointed Update- I came back on here to vent one more time. I went to try to fill them in with a pencil but they're so thin you can see that it's I pencil it doesn't even blend in with the hair because there's not enough hair any longer. This is horrible. Unfortunately, when it comes to eyebrows - you can't really get a do-over. Once it's done, it's kinda just done and there's not much that can be fixed until your hair grows back in. I noticed the aestheticians are very quick to get you in the chair and start threading away before truly understanding what you want to be done. I'm only able to describe briefly how I want my brows shaped, before I'm promptly hushed as if my needs are understood and pushed into the chair. My past two visits to this location, I've clearly specified that I just wanted to be cleaned up - no thin brows!!! And each time, I've left with utterly, devastatingly thin brows and a completely new shape. Almost so horrendous, that I considered cutting bangs, okay. I just feel that if they only took more time in the beginning to have an actual consultation to truly listen and understand what the paying customer wants, the overall experience would be better. Eyebrows are NOT universal and there should be more TIME and THOUGHT involved in determining the shape, ect...for each individual face. They've massively gone downhill - I've been a customer for a few years, frequenting Center City and as of lately, the King of Prussia location because of convenience, but it might be time for a new spot - does anyone have any suggestions? read more

I have been going there regularly for my brows since 2013, back when they were in Plymouth meeting mall, and I can't stop going there, I just doubt I can find a place that beats Zara. I make sure I find Saiqa or Ashma, and there is use to be another girl but left like 3-4 years ago. They know me very well and I they have that eye to give my brows the perfect look, not thin and not too high, following its natural line and they are so good at disguising that scar I have in one of my brows. They are very gentle and I have a special appreciation for Saiqa. Ashma is very professional and quick and listens so well that I didn't need to explain her more than once. read more

Located on the bottom floor of the Plymouth Meeting Mall next to the restrooms, is a quiet little place to get you eyebrows threaded or waxed. The obvious is that this mall is just in the wrong location between King Of Prussia,and Willow Grove, however it works for me and people who like to get in and out.I have been going here for about two years to get my eyebrows threaded and have always been pleased. $10 and usually five minutes later I am satisfied.I have noticed that there are multiple locations for Zara Brow Bar in almost every mall in the tri-state area and all of them are consistent.They also have other spa services available, although I have never tried them. read more

UNBELIEVABLE!! No more waxing ever. As i type this it is a WEEK since Dali did my brows. NO GROWTH!! I am mediteranean and my stupid eye brows, chin ;lip grow in in less than 2 days with stubbinness. Excellent service! I go about once a month to get my eyebrows threaded. They do a consistently good job and it's very quick and painless. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. Went to the one in Norristown after I heard the one in the mall is no more. I was relived you find out that Saiqa worked here and finally got a sigh of relief as I wasn't sure if I will be able to find her again after the one in the mall got shot down. I moved to Plymouth Meeting 5 years ago. I did try a few other places before finding this one for my eyebrows. This place is the best in the area and I go to Dali. She has been doing my eyebrows for the past 5 years now. I get threading and its worth the $10 my eyebrows are curly and unruly but she can handle them. read more

I go to Zara Brow Bar located in the KOP mall, but I only go to one person - Goldy! She is absolutely AMAZING! she takes her time with your brows and truly wants to make you happy with the end result. The only downfall is that she is only at the KOP location once a week on Wednesday's. I really wish she was there more! I've noticed that it will get packed on Wednesday's because a lot of people love Goldy's work. If you can, try to get to Goldy!!! I hope that she will be in KOP more than one day because sometimes its hard to get there on Wednesday's. I recommend going to Goldy, you will not be disappointed. read more

From wife - My eyebrows got seriously thinned here. I had grown them out for my best friends wedding, and after explaining that to the lady and telling her I want them to be kept thick, she nodded her head and then proceeded to thin them out. Horrible so horrible. I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded, only waxed so I wanted to try something new. I told them this was my first time and I wanted something natural. I have a big round face and I'm used to bold brows. They completely over threaded them to look like pencil brows and they are not even either. Always have amazing brows when I go to Zara, whether in Norristown or Center City. I started going to them when they were in the PM mall, and was disappointed that they "closed" until I found out they had just relocated. Only 1 star cuz she was the least painful threader...I've been going to various Zara's locations for years to get my brows threaded. This lady didn't even ask me what I wanted done and she tried to rush me out the chair before I could tell her I wanted tint as well. Most places give me a nice sharp angle, clean lines, get all the hair surrounding my eyebrows including between the brow. Not this lady, she probably spend less than 2 min total on my brows when it typically takes 10. Every lady I get brushes my brows up and clips them with mini scissors to ensure everything's sharp. This lady only did that to ONE BROW. (???) There was hair left between my brows and no sign of clean lines and very minimal hair removed, she gave my brows a rainbow type arc instead of the sharp angle I get from other ladies (which she would know if she bothered to ask) Her tint was like a 4 year old coloring outside the lines, she even missed hair. I just left without saying much, there was no way she cared about doing nice brows. Won't return to this location. read more
