I purchased a jacket from ZARA online to bring with me to Vegas. 6/7/22. When the jacket was delivered to my house a week prior to my trip, I packed it in my suitcase without trying it on. We get to Vegas. I put on this jacket to wear and it looked hideous on me. It was oversized, ill-fitting and the enormous shoulder pads made me look like a linebacker. I immediately took it off and yelped for a ZARA location in Vegas. I found this location on YELP and, after reading the reviews, was scared to return it here. I entered the store with all my defenses up and prepared for an argument. Much to my surprise, I had zero issues returning it. The girl helping me was very pleasant and completed the return within seconds. The store was very large, well-lit, and had a huge selection of merchandise. There were many employees working hard to keep up with the demanding organizational needs of a store this size. Very bad customer service. There was 2 line for people return and exchange and other line for purchase. No one working on the people needs to return. The policy to return with no receipt is impossible. They tell me to call customer service for a copy of the receipt after I standing in line for like 15min wait at the store. I go home and call customer service, 2 days after I received the email "we sorry we can't locate your receipt" . Its stupid. But I actually ask them for a store credit. They only allow you to exchange the same items with different side when you have no receipt. It wastes my time. Never support Zara. read more

I recently ordered jeans from Zara, but to my surprise they were shipped to my billing address not my shipping address. This is the worst Zara I've ever been too. The staff is rude and will raise their voice at you for no reason. I tried returning an item and getting the larger size of the same design. I had talked to a manager to figure out if it'd be possible to return an item with no receipt and they said I could. Then when ai tried returning it one of the guys working the cashier started raising his voice at my with an attitude. I tried explaining to him what the manager had explained to me and he wouldn't even let me talk. He was raising his voice and speaking over me. Then when the manager was called she processed the return just fine. I then told her what the staff member had done raising his voice and not letting me talk. While I was telling her this he was laughing at me and making funny faces. So when my boyfriend asked him why he was laughing he started mocking him and pretended he was crying. My husband and I stopped in this Zara 3 times on our last trip to Vegas. My husband recently lost quite a bit a lot weight and he didn't realize that many of his dress clothes didn't fit him until we got to Vegas. He bought a blazer and pants the first day and wore them that night. He liked them so much that he bought several sweaters and shirts the next day and then the third day he bought several dress shirts. They have a great selection for men and women. Dress clothes and super casual. Prices are decent, too. We got a lot of help from the fitting room staff and staff just walking around on the sales floor. The store was clean and spacious so it was easy to find what you were looking for. Even though there was a line of about 8 people at check out one of the days it moved fast. read more

I don't normally write reviews for retail stores but ZARA HQ needs to get on this store because the management is terrible. Not only are the staff extremely unhelpful when asked if they had certain items "I'm not sure, you can look around im sure it's somewhere in here."- is NOT a helpful response. Also, having to wait in line for at least 20mins to check out on a weekday afternoon because most of your staff is stocking or doing something else is just unacceptable. My advice (after working 10+years in management retail:) Pay attention to the lines, if it gets busy, put staff on the registers. Train staff to be more helpful and know where items are, and put customers first over stocking the store. read more

I bought an outfit without trying them on because there is no fitting room including a bunch of other items as gifts. I came in to exchange the item even though tag was on them. They said no cause you don't have a receipt I said I should be on the system since I shop here almost everyday. They said we only have paper receipt. This is my new favorite store. The price point for me is right where I want it and the style is forward. I am not a super small model though and the clothing is somewhat small. Most of the time it will fit, but a lot of times the large is a bit too small. The clothes are not really made for big chested woman, but I still love it. Oh and the kids clothes... to die for. The kids clothes are very well made and so sweet. I wish they had more sales.. Black Friday was only 30% off which was disappointing. They also need more locations in Vegas! read more

I don't go shopping often but when I do I usually like to go to fashion show mall. Tonight I went to Zara and I was so disappointed in the customer service. I was treated pretty crappy by not one sales rep but by three different sales rep. I still love their clothes which is why theu get two starts, but will not return anymore. I was shopping for my husband and was guided to the fitting room. It was clear that I went in with him since the first sales rep saw me go in. Then a few minutes later a different sales rep told me I couldn't be in there. The second time was when I went to get a different size and returned to the dressing room the entrance was blocked by a sales rep. I waited patiently at the entrance for her to finish. Little did I know, I was going to wait there forever. Because she did NOT MOVE. She didnt even say, sorry here pls go ahead and give the sizes to your husband! Wtf. Third time was at the cashier. the only exchanged of words were, "this is your total"and "here's your receipt" wtf happen to "have a good night" or "how was your shopping, did you get everything you need". It is very clear that Zara does not hold customer service as a core value. I went in to make a return (receipt and tags attached) after being on business trips for the last 6 weeks, only for the cashier to rudely say he could only offer me store credit. When I asked if an exception could be made, he quickly interrupted me and said, "no, it's policy." His attitude was so negative, it was almost as if he was waiting to ruin a customers day. I run a retail business, so I understand that I was outside of the policy, but a complete controllable on his part was his tone and compassion/empathy for the customer. He then stapled my receipts and handed over the store credit card without saying a word. He then turned to his co worker and started rolling his eyes and talking about it. The cashier made me feel absolutely terrible, and I left the store very upset. I shop here quite a bit and usually spend a lot of money, rarely do I ever return those items. I never want to feel the way I did leaving Zara today. I will give my store credit to someone else, as I never want to shop at this brand again. Tried a jacket in last chance to buy section. Size large and its worth $49. I asked the salesman if theres any chance they have a medium size of the jacket. I know the chance is slim because it is on that section but they tried and said they still have two stocks. They gave it to me and show it to my wife downstairs then when I have to buy it. They said its worth $69 now. I said to them the large size is worth $49 then why the medium is worth $69. I was astonished when the salesman said maybe the tag is wrong and its a new stock.
