I went back a week later for removal and the other man working there took 1 hour to be able to remove her horrible work. Blood and paper nails left. She arrived later and he argued with her in their language about the horrible job she did, and she never apologized or even offered to fix it herself. I still had to pay for the pain of the removal. Save yourself the pain and money Don't go here. Don't get serviced by Veena, this isn't fair now I can't wear sandals or even touch my nails they are thin like paper and extremely painful.

Suddenly the price jumped by another $20. That was never discussed or agreed to. When I expressed (rightfully) that the experience didn't match the quoted price or standard service, one of the employees began screaming, panicking, and making unintelligible noises while threatening to call the police -- over what, I still don't know. I never refused payment; in fact, I paid and even tipped. But the behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, explain the price changes, or provide adequate service. The work itself was mediocre at best -- you can get better quality for a lower price at the nicer salons literally one mall down. Avoid this place at all costs -- poor technique, inconsistent pricing, zero communication, and the worst customer service I've experienced at any nail salon.

It's not something that I would do frequently, but the occasional treat and a little self pampering does wonders for the soul. Instead of using the dip powder, they applied a white tip, they put the tips way too low on her actual nails! She has long nails, so why they did this is beyond me! She called this morning to see about getting a refund and they said they couldn't do a refund that if she came back up there they could "drill it and fix them," but they refused to take the nails off as it would "damage" her nails, sorry but this won't correct the white tip!!!!
