We were waiting our turn in line when he pulled his truck inches away from the side of my car. I honked at him because it was extremely close and my son was in the car. I didn't know if he wasn't paying attention or was about to ram me. I threw my hands up at him in a wtf shrug and he got out of his truck extremely aggressive so I drove away because again my son is with me and he was extremely threatening. I drove back around to get a picture of his license plate and ended up getting a video of him chasing me down. Know who you're giving your money to people this man is crazy...

Told by young lady that it had to be reported before leaving. She said that if this happens (has never happened at other washes) I could remove my frame and plate before washing. Did not offer to have anyone call back. I will make sure my bank stops these draws. I will warn people of your terrible service after damage. Unable to reach a resolution, we left without getting our wash. I later called the 800 number to speak with a higher-level manager but was only allowed to leave my name and number for a callback, which has yet to happen--three weeks later.
