One of their arborists came out and reviewed the tree and recommended removal and was beyond saving. I was sad to see it have to go, but it was going to be danger soon as the disease progressed. They even gave me recommendations on replacement trees that would be more hardy in the future. They made it out the same day to quote and cut it down. It took them about an hour to take down a 30 foot tall maple tree. They also ground down the stump. The area was cleaned up and the mulch spread out. We could never get a consistent day of arrival scheduled there was no way to ensure the dogs were closely monitored while outside, on nice days we will let them stay out while we run a quick errand. When asked, for the 3rd time we were told to find a smaller yard company with fewer yards. Stating we were the only ones with the request to contact before arrival.
